廣大遊客應做到：從自身做起，恪守公德，講究禮儀，文明遊覽，安全出行，摒棄不良習慣，注意言談舉止；
自覺遵守《中國公民國內旅遊文明行為公約》和《中國公民出國（境）旅遊文明行為指南》，遵法規、守秩序、講衛生、愛護環境和公共設施，爭做文明和友誼的傳播者。
廣大旅遊從業者應做到：自覺規範經營行為，恪守職業道德，遵紀守法，信守契約；
不發布虛假廣告誤導遊客，不低於成本價招徠遊客，不“欺客”不“宰客”；
努力提高自身文明素質，做文明旅遊的實踐者、傳播者；
及時提醒勸阻遊客不文明行為，引導遊客尊重旅遊目的地文化習俗。

全縣廣大市民民眾：
當前，國內疫情形勢嚴峻複雜，外防輸入壓力持續增加。“五一”假期將至，人員流動聚集增加，疫情輸入和反彈風險不容忽視。為確保全縣人民度過一個安全、祥和、快樂的假期，現就做好“五一”假期期間全民參與疫情防控發出如下倡議：
一、非必要不來（返）鹿。
人員流動存在疫情外溢擴散的風險，要杜絕麻痹思想和僥倖心理，倡導在外人員非必要不來（返）鹿。有計畫到鹿邑旅遊、探親等的外地朋友，請待國內疫情總體緩和後，再安排計畫出行。中高風險地區的人員，在當地疫情風險沒有排除前不來（返）鹿。
二、謹慎安排出行。
在鹿的廣大民眾，非必要不外出，提倡選擇縣內游、城區游、鄉村游等方式安全度過假期，儘量減少前往人員聚集的景區景點和公共場所，降低疫情感染的風險。確需出行的，要儘量避免前往國內中高風險地區及有陽性確診病例所在地城市，在旅途過程中做好個人防護。
三、來（返）按規報備。
如因特殊情況確需來（返）鹿的，要提前諮詢疫情防控政策，做好落實防疫規定的準備。在來（返）鹿前，要持48小時核酸檢測陰性報告證明，並在抵達前3天主動向目的地村（社區）報備，抵達後積極配合落實疫情防控政策。
四、加強個人防護。
請廣大市民乘坐公共運輸工具、進入人員較為密集場所或密閉、通風不良的場所時，自覺規範佩戴口罩，養成勤洗手、常通風、常消毒、保持安全社交距離的良好習慣。公共場所注意文明禮貌，不亂扔垃圾，不隨地吐痰，打噴嚏和咳嗽時要用紙巾、毛巾等遮住口鼻。
五、減少人員聚集。
倡議喜事緩辦、白事簡辦。不組織、不參加大規模聚會聚餐活動，減少與外來人員用餐，避免到人群密集和空氣流通不暢的場所。
六、黨員幹部帶頭遵守。
全縣各級黨員、幹部要帶頭遵守防控要求，“五一”假期一律暫緩出鹿。確需出鹿的，須向本單位報備並經單位同意後方可出行。假期期間帶頭遵守值班紀律和工作紀律，堅持做好應急值守工作。
七、堅持不造謠、不信謠、不傳謠。
請廣大市民增強法律、道德意識，不編造關於疫情的虛假新聞、訊息，對網站和社交平台中出現的敏感問題，要理性對待、分析思考，對影響社會穩定、破壞公共秩序的虛假信息，不轉發、不擴散，並積極檢舉揭發。
戰“疫”仍在繼續，防控不能放鬆。奪取疫情防控阻擊戰的最終勝利，需要廣大市民共同參與，讓我們攜起手來，萬眾一心、眾志成城，齊心協力、共克時艱，度過一個健康文明、歡樂平安的“五一”假期！

五一勞動節放假時間為5月1日——5月3日，共三天。為確保全體學生能度過一個安全、文明、祥和、快樂的假期，學院本著“安全第一、健康度假”的原則向全體同學發出以下倡議：
1. 放假前做好假期安排。合理統籌規劃，安排作息時間，勞逸結合，使自己的假期充實而有意義。
2. 注意交通安全。放假期間外出同學要注意交通安全，嚴格遵守交通規則。
3. 確保宿舍安全。最後一位離開宿舍的同學，須確保門窗關好，電器斷電。嚴禁使用大功率電器，杜絕安全隱患。
4. 注意飲食衛生。假期中不要暴飲暴食，嚴防發生食物中毒事故。
5. 假期自覺遵守國家法律、法規，增強法制意識，提高防範意識，不參加非法和不文明活動，做文明市民。
6. 離校同學嚴格遵守返校時間，按時返校，如有特殊情況按照相關制度及時聯繫學院和老師。
