您好！很抱歉在這個時候提出辭職，不過，這個想法其實已經在我心裡醞釀了很久，只是到現在才做出決定。
由於X總和公司對我的信任，使我得以加入公司，原本是期待全力以赴和公司一起成長、發展，可長久以來工作上的毫無成就感讓自己很彷徨，否定自己很痛苦，但總是要面對現實，自己的興趣是什麼，自已適合做什麼，這些問題一直讓我很沮喪，也讓我萌發了辭職的念頭。今年媽媽身體明顯不好，一再生病住院，我希望通過換個環境，能夠照顧到家人，有更多的時間和家人在一起，這些最終讓我確定了辭職的念頭。
在公司的這段時間我得到了很多的機會和挑戰，在專業和管理領域上都學到了很多，也積累了一定的經驗，對此我非常感謝！在公司工作的日子是我一生中寶貴的經驗財富！
而由此為公司造成的不便，真的很抱歉。同時也希望公司和領導能體恤我的個人實際情況，對我的辭職申請予以批准。
如無問題的話，我離職的時間定在元旦，在離職前的這一個月時間裡，我會盡力完成好各項工作，並且會配合公司協助新入員工儘快熟悉崗位的工作內容。謝謝！
