the decision was a difficult one for me because i have so enjoyed my working relationships here. the job description has given me great latitude in assisting other coordinators within the human resource area, and as a result, i’ve gained skills in several related fields. these cross-training opportunities have been invaluable, and in a much more formal, classroom setting, i’ve been able to take advantage of classes in management, interpersonal skills, writing, and oral presentations. all of this training has been a worthwhile effort for both aaa (company) and me.

我是公司五年的老員工，是公司成長的密切相關者。我的能力和工作成果有目共睹。象我如此全面的多功能手，事無巨細都願意為公司盡力又不斤斤計較的，並不多見。我是一名公司可以完全信賴的員工，從我的能力到我的人品。
現在人才薪酬行情與五年前已經大不相同——如果您願意把我當成人才的話，現在做一般事務性工作的人員的工資也有比我更多的，能幹的更不用說了。而我常常從事了一些具有創造性的工作，能否從事創造性工作是衡量一個人是否是人才的主要指標，不知道您是否同意。因此我向您提出加薪請求，希望領導對我的申請能夠加以重視。
我認為我現在的薪水很低，每月工資3000元人民幣，年底沒有任何獎金。您可能覺得這薪水已經太高，但局內外人幾乎沒人相信我才拿的這么點錢，這事有沒有您知我知天地知。所以請公司於4月份開始將我的底薪每月3000(叄千)元人民幣，調整為每月4000(肆千)元人民幣。為此我簡單說一下加薪理由:
1、我對公司有有形價值的貢獻，立竿見影，案例多到我不想一一列舉，您不知道的可以問問別人，你不相信的也可以調查(如:20xx年以前負責的qa部，我把相關檢驗標準制定並完善以後，交給了別人管理;為人事行政部撰寫公司管理制度、員工手冊、消防應急預案;為公司撰寫編輯內刊10幾期;順利為公司通過5次sgs外審和質量體系改版工作，執行內審多次;為公司建立pcd，能正常運行後交予跟單，現在又要為公司推行6s管理活動，做好後不知還要給誰。這有很多工作都是別人做不了的，我做好後交予別人，純粹的為別人做嫁衣。)，而且我給公司帶來的增值，多為創造性或預見性的增值，這在公司內是沒有人可以做到的。
2、在新老員工的真實學歷中，我的學歷怎么說也不低，如果學歷可以作為薪酬參考的話。
3、我為您們掙足了面子，我常聽到有人夸您說，您有這樣的人不簡單。我知道他們是說的大實話，我不知道您是否相信他們的話。我知道公司內沒有多少員工能獲得別人如此評價。公司中能如我一樣提如此多理由要求加薪的人，入職如此長時間才希望提薪的人，少到只有我一個。
我的要求，僅僅是希望獲得與自己工作能力和工作成果相稱、與市場相當的薪酬而已，而公司所付給我的，僅僅是一家負責任的公司為一名優秀員工付出理應付出的薪酬而已。如果我能獲得加薪，也僅僅是維護了本應當有的體面生活而已。
我希望您以單純的心態看待一名員工的加薪要求，請不要為此為難任何人，正如我從未想過要為難任何人一樣。大多數人是自私的，為難或責怪他們只會把簡單問題複雜化，把和諧的現狀搞糟。希望您在能夠給我加薪時是出於自願而不是勉強。
