尊敬的領導：
你好！
我想，我應該提出辭職了。
可能，我天生不是做管理者的料，我必須承認，在邁為的這一年半里，我做的很失敗，我對自己很失望！有人說，在哪跌倒的，就應該從哪爬起來。可是，我沒有這個勇氣了，我想放棄了。我的離開，對邁為來講，應該算件好事，一個有經驗、有能力的財務主管會對公司有很大幫助的。
我很感謝公司給我提供的大舞台，感謝領導對我長久以來如此的信任和支持！我想我今後恐怕很難再遇到這么友善的領導了。但是，我恐怕注定是群舞中最不起眼的那個，無法擔當領舞的角色，既然如此，為了不拖累公司，不成為公司成長的瓶頸，也為了減少我對自己的失望，我想，我還是離開吧，把這個財務主管的位置空出來給能夠為邁為的成長起到推動作用的人才吧。
當初選擇來到邁為，是正確的。我不會忘記領導對我的信任，同事對我的幫助，更不會忘記我婚禮上大家那一張張的笑臉與一聲聲的祝福，這些將成為我無法磨滅的記憶！現在，雖然我是流著淚寫下的辭職信，可我依然不會後悔——離開，並不代表厭惡，並不代表要捨棄、要忘記！我真心的希望邁為能過成長壯大，希望我們曾將在例會上的那些玩笑能夠成真，希望有一天，我可以驕傲的別人說邁為集團財務部最初的建立還有我的一點點功勞呢！
我愧對公司給我提供的機會，愧對領導對我的信任！所以，我選擇離去，一方面，減少對自己的失望，減少痛苦，另一方面，不要成為公司成長的瓶頸！
