承德避暑山莊是世界文化遺產，全國重點文物保護單位，中國四大名園之一。是清代皇帝夏天避暑和處理政務的場所。避暑山莊始建於1720xx年，歷經清康熙、雍正、乾隆三朝，耗時89年建成。避暑山莊主要分為宮殿區和苑景區兩部分。下面我們重點來介紹一下宮殿區。
宮殿區位於湖泊南岸，占地10萬平方米，地形平坦，是皇帝處理朝政、舉行慶典和生活起居的地方，這裡景色豐富，群山環繞，草翠花開，與其它園林相比，有其獨特的風格。宮殿的建築顯得非常的氣派。
宮殿區遊覽完畢，在我們的右側的景區是苑景區，這個景區可分成湖區、平原區和山區三部分。主要是一片片草地和樹林，山莊裡面還有好幾座大廟，大小湖泊八處，還有八個小島嶼，這個苑景區也是我個人最喜歡的景區。有山有水景色非常美。適合老人和孩子在景區中慢慢遊玩。
