我不知道是不是第一個發現我丟失的手機,如果還有其他人,我在此一併表示最真摯的謝意。在物慾橫流的這個時代,活雷鋒已經不多見了,然而我在農行就親眼見到了。
我在這裡重點要表揚一下。她面帶笑容,熱情禮貌,業務熟練,辦事效率高,她能理解並幫助客戶辦理業務,從她通知我手機的事情還可以看出,她能記住客戶,這無疑對維護良好的客戶關係幫助巨大。
