調整重組後的公司，繼承了公司十多年的歷史，由獨立法人實體合併組成，主體企業是xx公司，下屬七個分公司，一個汽車修理廠，即第一公路工程分公司、第二公路工程分公司第三公路工程分公司、第四公路工程分公司、第五公路工程分公司、交通工程分公司、商品混凝土分公司、汽車修理廠。調整重組後的xx公司，將最終形成集承建公路工程、交通工程、汽車設備修理和商品混凝土、瀝青混凝土生產、加工、銷售為一體的經營實體。從1992年11月21日公司正式與高等級公路管理段分開，成為一個自負盈虧、自主經營、自我發展，具有獨立法人資格的國有制企業以來，公司先後參與了諸如石安公路、昆玉公路、安楚公路、崑曲高速公路、昆明南過境高架橋、楚大高速公路、108國道、安易公路、玉江公路、大保高速公路等多條省內重點公路工程項目的路面、路基、交通工程的修建，在鍛鍊了職工隊伍的同時也取得了一定的經濟效益，學到了一定的工程管理和施工經驗，獲得了雲南省交通廳公路工程施工二級資信登記，交通部頒發的《全國公路工程（交通工程專業）施工企業資質證書》，於20xx年2月通過國家ISO9002質量體系認證，20xx年被昆明市政府評為“重信用，守契約”企業。
