教材分析：
New language items are presented in natural contexts in the fun opening stories. Students can better understand and memorize the target language as they follow the contents of the stories. They experience the fun of reading, which helps them develop the habit of learning through reading. Near authentic contexts as well as lively songs and chants are created for students to practice target structures and vocabulary in meaningful and communicative activities and games.
學生分析 ：
五年級的學生普遍英語基礎不好，甚至有部分學生已經喪失了學好英語的信心。因此，通過好的教學設計來激發他們學英語的興趣，調動他們的學習積極性並克服對學習英語的為難情緒是我這一階段的工作重點。
重點：
1、Vocabulary, target and sounds in each unit.
2、The students will be able to choose answers to questions about a picture after listening to conversations,have simple conversations about personal and family matters (using past tense),read words and sentences in short stories,write original sentences by using correct upper and lower cases letters and punctuation.
難點：
1、The pupils are able to mass and use the words of four skills in each unit smoothly.
2、The Ss can use the sentences of targets in every unit.
3、The children will be able listen and say the sounds of each unit correctly.
4、They can finish some exercises familiarly with the words and sentences what they have learnt.

一、班級學生情況分析
五年級學生已學過兩年多的英語，學生已有一定的基礎，良好的聽、說、讀、寫英語的習慣已基本養成。但由於教材難度偏大，教學內容與課時不成比例，學生的學習興趣難以保持，兩極分化較嚴重。因此，本學期應注重轉化後進生，因材施教，分層教學，保持學生的學習興趣。
二、教材分析
五年級上冊學生用書Let’s learn部分的辭彙仍然是圍繞話題歸類出現的。這樣有利於學生記憶和開展話題的討論。本冊Let’s learn中的大部分辭彙要求學生做到聽、說、讀、寫四會掌握(即加粗的單詞)。用來鞏固複習辭彙的活動主要是結對和小組活動，以及Let’s find out等啟發學生主動思考的活動.
五年級下冊學生用書的Let’s start也是一項brainstorm式的活動，本冊的Let’s start部分既可以用來引入話題、引出新詞，也可以引出新句型。另外，在這一部分基本上都安排了一個任務型活動，需要學生通過問答、思考或討論來完成。
Let’s talk部分是一個濃縮了的情景會話，目標句型突出。為給學生提供靈活運用語言的機會，這一部分提供了可供替換的內容。
Read and write部分的教學目標是：讀懂對話或短文;完成檢測學生理解程度的填充句子練習;聽、說、讀、寫四會掌握兩組句子;完成一項綜合運用所學語言的任務型語言活動。
在Pronunciation部分，三年級上冊、四年級上冊學生用書中安排呈現了26個字母及例詞，使學生初步了解到字母在單詞中的發音，四年級下冊學生用書進一步呈現了5個元音字母在單詞中長短不同的發音，在此基礎上，本冊又安排了22個常見字母組合的發音，用繞口令的形式將含有這些字母組合的單詞整合成趣味句子。
五年級上冊學生用書的階段複習密切圍繞各單元話題展開，將所有需要複習的語言點融進有實際交際意義的活動之中，並增加了考察綜合性閱讀理解能力的語篇，以增進對語言知識的積累。

四、教學措施
1、.重視語音的訓練，進一步複習鞏固音標。
2、紮實訓練四會句型，切實掌握語言材料。

教材分析：
九年義務教育國小英語教科書(Primary English for China)第一冊(Lesson 1_Lesson 48),本套教材的編寫，參考了國內外先進的語言教學理論，吸取了直接法、聽說法、交際法和全身反應教學法等教學的優點，考慮到兒童的心理、生理及年齡特點，以激發學生的興趣，調動他們的積極性與求知慾。學生課本是本套教材的主體，採用“教案式”的編排方式，兩頁為一課。
各課的基本課型分為三部分：會話部分(Learn to say)、辭彙與句型練習(Let’s practise)和娛樂活動(Let’s play)等部分。
教學目標：
1：使兒童獲得一些英語的感性知識，激發他們學習英語的興趣和培養能力，使學生敢於大膽開口說英語

2. 充分利用直觀教具和電化教學手段，促進英語教學。
3. 課中多讓學生在遊戲、活動中學習語言，學得愉快學得輕鬆。
