為使甲方充分了解現行市場情況，乙方承擔至少每季度一次或在必要時隨時向甲方提供市場報告，內容包括與本協定代理商品的進口與銷售有關的地方規章的變動、當地市場發展趨勢以及買方對甲方按協定供應的貨物的品質、包裝、價格等方面的意見。乙方還承擔向甲方提供其他供應商類似商品的報價和廣告資料。
9.廣告及費用
乙方負擔本協定有效期內在新銷售代理商品做廣告宣傳的一切費用，並向甲方提交所用於廣告的聲像資料，供甲方事先核准。
10.佣金
對乙方直接獲取並經甲方確認接受的訂單，甲方按淨髮票售價向乙方支付5％的佣金。 佣金在甲方收到每筆訂單的全部貨款後才會支付。
11.政府部門間的交易
在甲、乙雙方政府部門之間達成的交易不受本協定條款的限制，此類交易的金額也不應計入第五條規定的最低業務量。
12.工業產權
在本協定有效期內，為銷售有關洗衣機，乙方可以使用甲方擁有的_____，並承認使用於或包含於_________中的任何專利_____、著作權或其他工業產權為甲方獨家擁有。 一旦發現侵權，乙方應立即通知甲方並協助甲方採取措施保護甲方權益。
13.協定有效期

16、Arbitration
