正如我簡歷中所提到的：我在工作中善於發現問題、思考問題和解決問題，有著較強的組織協調能力與團隊意識。
在讀期間我擔任過班長、系分團委組織部部長級本專業的輔導員助理等職，參與過本系統的黨建、團建各項工作，成功策劃組織舉辦過XX大學XX學院“黨在我心中”主題演講比賽、XX大學XX學院“光榮與夢想”奧運主知識競賽及系首次“學生幹部交流會”等系內外活動，均得到老師學生的好評。這讓我積累了較為豐富的學生管理、政治思想教育及活動開展經驗，使得我對輔導員一職有了較深的認識。
