珍貴的衛校生活已經結束了,現在要來總結一下這幾年來的得失,從中繼承做得好的方面改進不足的地方,使自己回顧走過的路,也更是為了看清將來要走的路.
雖然我的學習成績不是非常好,但我卻在學習的過程中收穫了很多.首先是我端正了學習態度.在我考進衛校時,本來想解放一下自己的,但是很快我就明白了,衛校的學習是更需要努力認真的.看到周圍的同學們拚命的學習,開始了衛校的學習旅程，覺得自己落後了。衛校的學習不象國中那樣是填鴨式的,而是老師把課講完，然後自己去看，去理解。這個時候自習能力和自制能力是很重要的。長期自習以來我知道了要想學好只埋頭苦學是不行的,要學會”方法”,做事情的方法.古人云:”授之以魚不如授之以漁”我來這裡的目的就是要學會”漁”,做什麼都勤于思考,遇到不懂的地方能勤於請教.在學習時,以”獨立思考”作為自己的座右銘,時刻不忘警戒.在學習知識這段時間裡,我更與老師建立了濃厚的師生情誼.老師們的諄諄教導,使我體會了學習的樂趣.我與身邊許多同學,也建立了良好的學習關係,互幫互助,克服難關.
學習護理單有理論是不行的，還要有良好的護理技術。所以在上實踐課的時候我都會爭取機會多操作幾次，加上衛校本來就少學生可給學生用的空間可不少。所以我可以再趁放
學時間多練習一下。
在衛校的第四年是我們到醫院實習的時間，基本上一年都是呆在醫院裡學習。再這裡我熟練我的護理操作技術，把理論和實踐結合在一起，在帶教老師的指導下用我全副的耐心和愛心護理病人，使病人得到良好的照顧，早日康復。到醫院實習認識到許多也是學習護理的同學,也就增加了與其他同學交流和向其學習的機會,鍛鍊了自己的交際能力,學到別人的長處,認清自己的短處. 所以我喜歡實習。雖然有時會感到累些,但樂此不彼.
我個人認為自己最大的缺點就是喜歡一心兩用甚至多用.急功近利,喜歡一口氣學許多東西,但是貪多嚼不爛,即使最後都能學會,也已經搞得自己很疲勞.如今想想,這樣其實並不好,正所謂,貴在精而不在廣.如果我一段時期內專注於一種學問,不求博但求精,相信一定能更深刻的理解並掌握這門知識.自從我發現自己有這個缺點和問題後,我常常警戒自己,步入社會後也不能一心兩用.
通過四年衛校生活,學到了很多知識,更重要的是掌握了護理操作技術.思想變成熟了許多,性格更堅毅了.認識了許多同學和老師,建立起友誼,並在與他們的交往中提升了自身素質,認清了自身的一些短處並盡力改正。
四年的衛校生活是我人生這條線上的一小段,是閃閃發光的一小段,它包含了汗水和收穫,為我劃平人生的線起著至關重要的作用.
