各位老師好：我是來自____大學的小李，很榮幸能收到我夢寐以求的學校的保研複試通知，來到我所嚮往的學府，向我的理想目標又前進了一步。接下來我想從幾個方面向各位老師介紹的我的個人情況，分別為專業學習情況介紹、實踐經驗介紹以及個人職業生涯規劃。
首先我在大學期間非常注重專業知識的學習。我平常學習非常用功，在歷次的考試中都始終保持年級前十名的成績，獲得過2次一等獎學金，1次二等獎學金，還憑藉優異的學習成績與綜合素質，獲得了國家獎學金。

在大學期間，我積極參加學校組織的各類專業活動，如商業規劃大賽，在比賽中，我運用專業知識撰寫了一份商業計畫書，在參賽的200多份商業計畫書中脫穎而出，進入了前十強，獲得了決賽資格，並通過數輪的激烈評比，最終獲得了二等獎。
通過參加這些獲得充分提升了自己的商業運營能力，也在數次的修改過程中加深了對本專業知識的認識。除了參與校內實踐活動，我還積極協助老師參與了2項企業綜合管理諮詢項目，協助企業搭建運營管理體系，企業實際接觸了市場行銷、財務、人力資源管理等工作，這些寶貴的企業實操經驗讓我對企業管理與運營有了生動的認知，也更加深了我對企業管理的興趣。最後，我為自己設計了詳實的職業規劃。我深知要想了解企業運營，光靠本科知識遠遠不夠，所以我選擇了考取貴校的企業管理專業研究生。貴校是在企業管理領域有著舉足輕重的地位，我一直夢寐以求，貴校也有強大的師資團隊，讓我無比嚮往。如果有幸能進入貴校，我希望能在老師的指導下，進一步研究企業管理中人力資源管理方面知識。

各位教授，下午好：很高興有機會能參加這次面試和各位教授交流。我的性格比較隨和，自信，樂於助人，副有責任心，是我的優點，有著廣泛的愛好，在空閒時間，我喜歡聽歌，看電影，看書，打籃球，來使我更加健康，如要有機會在學校學習，在三年中我會更加努力地學習，為將來的職業打下堅實的基礎。
首先，我簡潔地介紹一下自己，我叫李勇方，今年24歲，來自安徽六安，20__年畢業於河南理工大學機械與動力工程學院，所學的專業是工業設計，其次，我想談一下我四年的大學生活，讓我學到了很多，很多的實踐讓我從從各個方面提高了自己，不但讓我學會了如何思考，學習的方法，還讓我看到了實踐的重要性，作為一名學生，我深知學習機會的不易，我學習很努力，其中3年拿了學校的獎學金，我還積極地參加各種活動和設計大賽，曾在河南理工大學首屆和第二屆青少年科技文化節中分別榮獲攝影大賽優秀獎 和 節徽設計大賽二等獎。在大學中我也遇到了好的老師和朋友，從他們身上我學到了很多東西，這對我能力的提高和成長起了很大的作用。
再次，我來介紹一下我的畢業之後的工作情況，我大致工作了兩年的時間，在福建文創太陽能有限公司工作，擔任設計師，主要的工作為太陽能燈具和音響的產品設計,公司畫冊的設計;為公司的設計的多款太陽能燈具已投入生產,並受到了客戶的好評,在工業設計小組共同努力下設計的太陽能音響已進入了產品的測試階段,在公司的期間曾多次到車間深入了解材料工藝 模具加工和產品生產過程, 多次到廣交會順德工業設計博覽會了解市場的產品信息。
最後，我想談一下，我考研的原因和研究的方向，我喜歡做設計，很享受自己設計的東西被別人欣賞，當看自己的創意和產品得到別人認可的.時候是一件無比興奮的事情;還有就是兩年的工作經驗讓我認識到我專業知識的局限，感覺在設計方面還有很多東西要學，自己的知識和能力還遠遠不夠，特別是在經濟快速發展的今天，更需要通過系統的複習來提高自己的能力，來最大化地實現自我價值，如果我有機會在這所學校學習，我計畫把自己的研究方向定為工業設計，因為我發現設計在社會的發展中發揮了越來越重要的作用，雖然現在中國整個社會對設計的認可還不是很高，特別是在一些中小型企業中，但是縱觀一些已開發國家的發展過程，不難發現，工業設計將會在社會發展起到不可替代的作用。

Reasons for taking postgraduate exams：
First of all, I love my major. Chinese literature is the symbol of the start of Chinese literary modernization. It plays an important part in modernization of our citizens‘ thoughts. What’s more, modern literature is very close to our daily life and it can deeply reflect the styles and features of our society. I am fascinated by the great masters‘ refreshing or warm or profound styles as well. But I am not easily satisfied with such superficial knowledge. I hope I could have a better understanding in modern literature by studying further. This is a very important reason for me to take the postgraduate exams.
Next, I love the feeling in the university. It is full of youthful spirit. And I am deeply attracted by the scholarly atmosphere. And the most important, it‘s my great honor to open my ears to your teaching.
Finally, I want to talk about a very practical problem. That is my dream of becoming a teacher in the university. I want to realize my dream and make myself to be a well-qualified person. I think the postgraduate studies can enrich my knowledge and make me competent in my future job.

My university：
I‘m graduating form Jilin Normal University this June which has a history of 50 years. It shares many same characteristics with Jilin University. Both of them have a refreshing and scholarly atmosphere. Four years' studying there made me an independent, optimistic and strict girl. I appreciate the education my university gave me.
