書本的知識畢竟是有限的，本人積極參加了很多社會實踐和社團的工作，從事了大到組織策劃晚會、小到文秘接電話的工作，積累了很多了從失敗到成功的經驗。我認為實際操作能力和組織合作能力的學習更為重要。
在平時的實踐努力中，我感覺我學到了很多，特別是一些書本上學不到的工作經驗，雖然以前有過成功，也有過失敗，從中我的到的是很多做事的原則和處事的經驗對於現在的我來說，做事也變得成熟穩重了。在過去的工作中，我做事認真負責，有團隊合作精神，還有較好的交際能力。
