1、請你簡單做一個自我介紹
很多求職者覺得這個問題太無聊了，我的情況不都在簡歷裡面介紹了嗎?這是一個很常規的問題，不僅僅新媒體運營崗位，幾乎所有面試都會碰到的。小李碰到過很多求職者是三言兩語就介紹完了自己，然後等著面試者再來問。
其實這個問題你需要站在面試者角度來考慮：面試者坐在你對面的時候，實際上還沒有看過你的簡歷的，在看你簡歷的時候，為了避免雙方尷尬，讓你做自我介紹是最適合不過了。在聽你介紹的時候，面試者也在看你的簡歷，這樣就可以很快速的了解你的基本情況。
這時我們去面試前就做好準備：介紹一下你之前工作過的單位，以及所負責的主要工作，並著重介紹你過往經歷中的成功案例，以及你的一些個人興趣等，一般只需要一兩分鐘就可以了。
2、你為什麼要從上一家公司辭職?
面試者問這個問題主要是想了解你這個人是什麼樣的價值觀，性格等，如果錄用了你，會不會有風險?
回答這個問題你不能說因為上家管理差，主管領導能力差，團隊合作不愉快等等。HR最不想聽到的是你對上個企業的詆毀，所以，針對這個問題，你千萬不要去說上一家的不好。

3、你的薪資要求是多少?
這道題一般都是放在比較後面，面試得差不多的時候，面試者對你比較滿意了，會輕描淡寫般問你的，這個時候代表面試者對你的表現是相對比較滿意的。
問這個問題，實際上就是和你博弈的過程，一家公司給你的薪酬由三個因素構成：
1)公司的用人預算;
2)你的能力;
3)同級崗位的員工薪酬水平。
所以，你能拿到什麼樣的薪水，並不只是你的能力有多大有關。500強的企業，能給的薪酬肯定是比小企業的多。
那怎么辦呢?難道就說“我相信公司會根據我的能力給我提供一個合理的薪酬的”嗎?事實上，這樣的折中回答並不高明，至少在我看來，這是你對行情不了解，對這家公司也不了解的表現。
最好就是在求職之前，通過各種渠道了解這家公司給同級崗位的薪酬是多少。然後詢問一下HR，這家公司的薪酬結構是怎么樣的，有什麼工資之外的福利。結合自己的工作年限和能力等實際情況，可以提略高一些的報酬，以便有一個博弈的空間。
4、你的職業生涯規劃是怎么樣的?
這個問題，很多過來會教你說，第一年熟悉公司產品和行業。第二年沉澱自己，第三年做到主管級別，第五年做到經理……
但認為，這樣說空話套話的答案一點都不高明。你能不能做到管理崗位不僅和你的努力有關，更重要的是你的天分，你的機遇。作為面試官，我希望聽到的答案是你對於一個行業的堅持和清晰的成長規劃。
