Figures are always my headache. I will be at sea and lose my thought when facing a large number of figures. Sometime they wander my mind, daze me and even mess up if I am not careful enough. But numbers or figures does matter in every aspect which even a slight mistake will make a big difference and bring into great trouble.

(五)人才隊伍精幹高效
經過十多年的改革發展，興業銀行初步集聚並培養起一支精幹高效、專業優良、團結敬業的金融精英團隊。
為期一個半月的實習主要是以推銷“興業通”刷卡機為主。這期間的實習收穫總的來講可以概括為以下三個方面：一是通過直接參與銀行的運作過程，學到了實踐知識，同時進一步加深了對理論知識的理解，使理論與實踐知識都有所提高。二是提高了實際工作能力，為就業和將來的工作取得了一些寶貴的實踐經驗。三是一些學生在實習單位受到認可並促成就業。在外出推銷刷卡機之前，我在____支行的員工辦公室里先學習了半個月的興業銀行內部推出的基本員工守則和銷售業務書籍。期間我在各位領導和老員工的指導和幫助與我自己的努力下，在半個月期間我基本都熟悉了銀行的各項操作流程和員工應該注意的各項守則。
在興業銀行____分行____支行後半段的實習日子裡我學會了從推銷、簽協定、整理資料、上交蓋章、到最後裝機的全過程。雖然我學的專業跟推銷掛鈎，但實際上這並不是件好差事。對於我這個沒有絲毫實際工作經驗又沒有業務聯繫，且初出茅廬的人來說，推銷一種商品確實很難。所以剛開始幾天真的無從下手，只能銀行的客戶經理帶著跑業務。幾天下來的學習觀察和老同事的分析我總結了一下：該銀行的刷卡機主要是銷往月交易額____0元以上的個體商戶，而且推銷最重要的就是要有耐心，要尊重客戶。所以，起初的一個星期左右，我們的主要推銷對象是番禺區這一塊的茶葉批發市場。
有了明確的市場後，接下來的推銷情況就全靠自己了。跟我搭檔的是同事阿珍。離開了客戶經理，我和我的搭檔滿懷自信和激情開始了推銷的旅程。本以為推銷會很難很麻煩，但是我們確實得到了“開門紅”——推銷的第一天我跟她的成績排名第一。我是個不太樂觀的人，這樣一天下來感覺成功來得太快了，心裡有了壓力，怕以後的成績還沒第一天的好。一個星期下來番禺茶葉批發市場被我們小組都掃完了，成績也都像第一天那么好，並得到了客戶經理的表揚，突然覺得推銷也不是那么難的事情。
同時，這一個星期的推銷也讓我明白了一個道理——機會是稍縱即逝的。那次我和我的搭檔在茶葉批發城發現了一個從沒被人發現的地下商場，雖然商戶不是太多，但是至少是個新市場，就意味著有更多的潛力。事實也如我們所料，確實有很多商戶同意安裝我們的刷卡機，還有幾家雖然沒當場同意，但也流露出極大的興趣並給了我們名片。當時不知是興奮過度還是什麼，等到第二天我們再去聯繫那些有意向的商戶時發現他們都已經跟別的分行簽了機子。當時就發現其實自己是個很不稱職的推銷員，我沒有把握住機會，要是當時我再多跟那些商戶談談，機會就是我的了。總之，“吃一塹，長一智”，這樣的錯誤我不會再犯第二次。
接下來的幾個星期任務就更加重了，因為客戶經理不再給我們尋找市場，而是由我們自己開發市場。一切對於我這個非土生土長的____本地人來說就如同大海撈針。首先就必須對____有個整體的了解，還要知道商業集中區都有哪些、交通路線圖。這對於已經熟練掌握推銷技巧的我提出了又一個要求。於是針對這個問題，我先是跟那些對____商業圈很了解的同學溝通學習，同時還在網上翻找____黃頁，在對____的各個區有了全面的了解後，我和我的搭檔才開始開發市場，開始推銷的第二個階段。
真正的困難也開始出現了。我們在外面一跑就是一天，必須忍受所有疲憊、冷眼和拒絕，這使我的心理承受力有了很大提高，也開始明白天下不可能有免費的午餐。在推銷過程中會碰到各種各樣的情況，沒有強大的隨機應變能力是絕對不合格的。比如說面對青年或中年的客戶，交流起來可能會方面簡潔很多，但是面對稍微年老一點的客戶就要耐心的介紹，因為不管怎樣他們對於新事物不是不懂就是很排斥。當然，作為一名推銷員也不能完全沒有自尊和骨氣，不能在客戶面前表現得唯唯諾諾，那樣只會適得其反，讓客戶認為你所代表的銀行不好產品也不好。不管怎樣，雖然不是正式員工，但也要時刻注意自己代表的是興業銀行在客戶中的形象，在遵循客戶就是上帝準則的同時，也不能失掉自己的尊嚴。
其實，越到最後，我覺得自己的熱情就越少了，好在我們都是搭檔推銷，所以在推銷過程中，一旦自己受挫情緒開始低落我都會跟我搭檔溝通。兩個人的力量總比一個人的強。這樣兩個互相鼓勵和安慰，才完美的度過了這段實習期。從這裡我也明白：不管做任何事情都需要有激情有活力和自信!特別是在推銷過程中自信與熱情都是必備的。
在這期間空閒的時間裡，我發現銀行每天都有很多金融、證券方面的雜誌、期刊和報紙，於是，利用這個契機一有空閒的時間我就埋在這些資料中，從這裡面我也學到了許多當前的金融狀況，特別是美國的金融危機。由於我是要繼續讀研深造的，所以這些知識對我以後的學習也是有很大幫助的。
在實習的日子裡，我像一個真正的員工去對待工作，感覺自己已經不是一個學生了，每天早上7點起床，然後像個真正的上班族一樣上班。實習過程中遵守該行的各項制度，虛心向有經驗的同時學習，一個月的實習使我懂得了很多以前不知道的東西，對興業銀行也有了更深的了解，通過了解也發現了該行在推廣“興業通”刷卡機方面存在的一些問題：(1)由於受市場影響的客觀因素和主觀努力不夠，產品質量不夠穩定，對於刷卡機的使用與客戶溝通不夠，使有些客戶對興業銀行以及“興業通”反饋不好，也直接導致推銷工作陷入被動;(2)推銷業務工作管理還不夠完善，特別是在售後方面處理的不夠完善和及時，對發展新客戶造成不良影響;(3)承諾不能兌現，在客戶面前失去信任，比如說好每月刷卡滿日均三萬可以送50元的手機充值卡，卻遲遲不能兌現，還有說好能在十月底開通轉帳的功能，也還是一場空。
同時從這次實習中，我也認識到了自己存在的一些優點和不足：優點是(1)發現自己在與人溝通方面有很大的潛力有待開發，特別是我對與人溝通方面的工作有極大的興趣;(2)認為自己是一個能夠吃苦耐勞的人，能從一天的辛苦工作中找到樂趣。不足之處有：(1)與真正的社會大家庭接觸較少，缺乏足夠的社會實踐經驗;(2)自信心不夠充分，有時會產生打退堂鼓的念頭。
以上是我的實習工作總結，實習是每一個大學生必須擁有的一段經歷，通過這次的實習，我對自己的專業有了更為詳盡而深刻的了解，也是對這幾年大學裡所學知識的鞏固與運用，同時也使我們在實踐中了解社會，讓我們學到了很多在課堂上根本就學不到的知識，也打開了視野，長了見識，為我們以後進一步走向社會打下了堅實的基礎，實習是我們把學到的理論知識套用在實踐中的一次嘗試。最後衷心感謝興業銀行____分行____支行給我提供這次的實習機會，讓我在實踐中得到了成長與鍛鍊。

又是晴天，真好。昨天接到朋友們的簡訊，祝我中秋節快樂。其實一直以來，是我應該感謝他們，給我那么多的關心、信任和感動，讓我總能樂觀的生活著。而現在，有著溫暖陽光的清晨，我用微笑迎接新的一天!
老大隨丁總去貴州出差了，在出發前對我們的工作已經分配好了。由於黃金周是個高峰期，我們人事部在之前很長一段時間裡已經把每個部門的人員編制填充好，到十一的時候就停止招聘工作，而分配另外的工作。所以，吃過早餐過後我們便各謀其職了。張哥到停車場指揮車輛，我和小李忙辦公室的一些鎖碎事。
