Last week, our school was holding the sport meeting, I felt so excited, because I took part in the 800 meter race. When I heard the shot voice, I started to run, at first, I kept the uniform space, I planned to run quickly in the last 200 meter. But I felt so tired, I wanted to give up, then my desire to win made me stick to the end. I am so proud of myself.

i went to visit the great wall with my friends during the summer vacation. we went there by bus. it took us about two hours to get there. it was hot and windy that day. there were thousands of people. when we saw a group of foreigners,we went up and talked with them. we told them lots of history of the great wall. they were very surprised when they saw that our english were exellent and we knew a lot about the great wall's history. they thanked us a lot and we really had a good time. we felt proud of ourselves and being chinese.
我和我的夥伴在夏令營期間去了長城,我們是乘汽車去的,經過兩個小時才到的那兒。那天天氣很熱,風也很大,許多許多的人,當我們看到一群外國人的時候,我們上去和他們攀談。我們告訴他們許多關於長城的故事,他們非常驚訝我們的英語是如斯的好,而且我們還懂那么多關於長城的故事。他們非常感謝我們,而我們也度過了愉快的一天。我們為自己是一名中國人而感到很自豪。

When talk about the sport, I will feel very excited, because I like sport so much, I love playing tennis, it is my favorite sport. I remember one day when I came home after school, I opened the TV and watched a tennis match. At first, I was caught by the beautiful tennis women players, they wore the beautiful outfits, when I had been watching for ten minutes, I found the match was so excellent, from then on, I started to watch tennis match. I have learned the tennis, I will call my friends to play with me when I have time. Now I am a big fan of the tennis match, I will watch the tour matches once I am free. My love to tennis is more than I could express, I am so lucky to have some friends who share the same interest with me.

I always dream to travel around the world someday, so the first job is to learn English well. Since my teacher told me that there was an English corner in the biggest square, I felt so excited to go there. I found there were some foreigners and I felt nervous. At first, I just listened to them. Though I was eager to talk to them, I was shy and afraid of making stupid mistakes. One day, a foreigner talked to me straightly, and she said she had seen me many times and led me to talk to her. My heart was beating fast, but I started to say out some words. After a while, we talked naturally. I made big progress and felt proud of myself.

Last week, I went to the theater with my friends, we wanted to see the hot movie, The Fast and the Furious7, many of my friends suggested me to see, they said it was so awesome. I was looking forward to seeing it. As the plot went into further, the cars drove so fast, the characters fought so strongly with the bad guys. I was very impressed by the fighting scenes, especially the characters drove their caring dropping off the airplane. The technology was such developed, the director and his team shot the good movie, which caught people’s eyes. I never see cars can flying in the sky, the movie broadens my vision.

How to control emotion is always the tough question to be solved. When people are angry, it is easy for them to lose control and speak ill words to others, even to the ones that they love. Impulse brings endless regret. When they clear their minds, they feel so sorry to bring hurt to the ones they love.
Friendship and family love are under threatened. For the one who is a moody person, he may lose them both. It is not a wise choice to release emotion when we are angry. The better choice is to walk away and keep silent, no matter how much we want to shout at others, cause we will be regretful for what we say. When we calm down, the problem seems not that serious.
We feel lucky not to do the impulsive behavior.

Since I go to high school, I live in the school and stay away from my parents. I have three roommates, at the beginning, we have trouble in staying in the same room, but now we have got used to it. One of my roommates impresses me so much, since she comes to our room, she keeps the habit of reading the novel when we go to bed. She told me that when she lived with her parents, she dared not to read it because her mother would blame her for sleeping late. Now she is very happy that she is out of control, it seems that she is free. But I feel sorry for her, because she is short-sighted now, what’s more, she is lagging behind other students in the study. Staying away from her parents, she is not strong enough to behave herself. We should have the strong will and behave ourselves.
自從我上了高中，我就住在學校，遠離父母。我有3個室友，剛開始，我們不習慣同處一室，但是如今，我們已經習慣了。有一個室友讓我印象很深刻，自從她住進我們的房間，她就在我們睡覺的時候保持看小說的習慣。她告訴我們在她和父母住在一起的時候，她不敢看小說，因為她媽媽會責怪她那么晚睡覺。如今她很高興再也不受控制了，似乎她得到了自由。但是我為她感到遺憾，因為她現在已經近視，而且，在學習方面也落後於其他同學。離開了父母，她不夠強大，無法自律。我們應該有堅強的意志，並且自律。
