My summer vacation of this year was very enjoyable. I went to the countryside to spend my summer holidays. It is very beautiful there. There are green plants, clear rivers, lovely animals and kind people. I spent two weeks helping my grandfather do some farm work there. I wrote down what happened in my diary every day.
Besides that, I helped the children in the neighbourhood with their lessons. I helped them read English and improve their spoken English. Their parents thanked me for this.

When the sun begins to set behind the mountain, it looks like a red ball. Its light fills the sky and changes the colour of the clouds from gold to red. When the sun is gone altogether behind the mountain, the clouds turn GREy and the mountains become black.

Blink of an eye, my summer vacation is nearing its end. During the summer vacation I was both nervous and relaxed.
Tension is that I have to do more than two hours a day summer vacation and playing two hours of the piano, tired of me enough to choke! However, after I finish the homework, my mother allowed me to watch the wonderful cartoon, after dinner I can go to the district square to play, and sometimes our family will work together to exercise.

I keep my promise all the time, because if I break the promise, my friends won’t trust me anymore. Once, I went to a shop which was near my house, I wanted to deliver the express. When I finished writing the information on the list, I suddenly thought about that I forgot to bring the money. I was worried, so I told the boss, he smiled and said it would be OK to give him the money next time.
I was so surprised, he dared to do it, others would think that I would never come back again. When I went home, I kept it in my mind, then I took the money and ran to the shop. I kept my promise to return the money.

This summer holiday is so full of fun .because I help my mother do the housework every day.
In everday morning . I get up at 9 am and help my mother cooking breakfast.
After breakfast, I go to do myself homework,then my mother help me washing dishes.I always finish my homework within 2 or 3 hours .
When the noon come . We often cooking lunch together . But sometime my mother very busy , then I cooking lunch alone.
In 4 pm to 6 pm ,at the afternoon . I will go swimming everyday . I always invent my good friend with me go swimming .

My mother is a kind and nice woman. But she is very strict with me. One Sunday night, when I was watching the film Harry Potter very happily, Mother asked me to go to bed. I loved the film so much that I didn’t move. But for a while, I noticed that she didn’t say anything. Then she got angry and turned off the TV.
I was so sad and that I went into my room and cried. I thought I have only two nights in a week to enjoy the TV.Why doesn’t mother allow me to watch? The next day she cooked and talked with me as usual. I pretended not to hear, but she didn’t mind and told me why she didn’t allow me to watch TV. Because she wanted me to have a good rest. Then I understood her. I love my mother.
