日前，衛生部辦公廳下發了《關於做好20xx年醫改重大專項衛生人員培訓工作的`通知》（以下簡稱“通知”）通知明確要求衛生管理人員培訓的主要內容為職業化、專業化理論培訓醫院戰略管理、醫療管理、醫院服務管理、信息化管理及深化醫改措施等內容。
為了配合“通知”精神，幫助各級醫療衛生機構深入學習領會“醫改意見”和“醫改實施方案” 的實質內涵，讀懂、用好相關醫改政策，調整管理思路，創新管理機制，規範和完善醫療衛生服務，提高管理水平，中國醫院發展研究中心決定舉辦本期研修班。現將通知（附後）傳真給您，請查收！ 第一期：20xx年02月17日—02月22日 海南省海口市 第二期：20xx年02月24日—02月29日 雲南省昆明市

This is to certify that Mr , born , a Master of YYYY student at the School of , University, China, is intended to be admitted for advanced research training for the degree of PhD at the Department of , Karolinska Institutet, Sweden, under the provision of obtaining adequate funding from the China Scholarship Council and fulfilling the requirements of Karolinska Institutet. He is anticipated to engage into research activities, which may lead to a Ph.D. degree, within the area of molecular modeling and simulation of biological systems, with Professor as supervisor. Starting time is expected to be in September 20xx and the PhD should be finished by September 20xx
The length of the Ph.D. program at Karolinska Institutet is 4 years, and no tuition fees are charged. Finally, English is the official language used in all Departmental activities, and incoming students should have adequate verbal and writing skills, but there is no formal test or other formal requirement regarding proficiency in the English languager.
