Therefore, I think, if one wants to have a much better development in Geotechnical engineering, he should obey the following steps: First of all, he should calm down so as to tamp solid professional knowledge; furthermore he should does scientific research by making innovations, keeping careful confirmation and linking theory with practice; last but not least, he
should applies research achievements to practice engineering.
