The radio station has always been my dream, maybe my Mandarin and no seniors as, perhaps for the first time to face the microphone, I would be nervous, but I believe in myself! Always, I have a dream to become a reporter. Especially when I am with the voice of America, my desire to become an English journalist. But I know that my dream is still long and difficult.
The BBC is my super platform, this is a patio, show their practice, it is also a tool to communicate with our alumni.

第二步：投其所好
Choose a personal anecdote that illustrates your personality in a creative way. Employers want to hear about your accomplishments, and a personalized story helps you stand out. The story should take about 20 seconds to complete.
用有趣的方式講一個能體現個人特點的故事。僱主想要聽的是你取得的成績，個性化的故事能幫助你脫穎而出。個人故事的時間控制在20秒內。

Practice your speech with a timer to make sure it is less than a minute. Read it to family and friends and solicit suggestions. Record and review your speech using a video camera. Pay attention to your mannerisms and projection of your voice. Smile and speak clearly.
