我，嗓門大。曾經上初三的時候，因為我嗓門大，有的女同學不喜歡我，朋友叫我改，叫我做個淑女。她還教我怎樣做淑女：第一，舉止。第二，著裝。第三，吃飯，不能發出聲音。第四，說話聲音小。這前兩條我還能做到，可這後幾條我可做不到，那豈不要了我的命。我才不要做個淑女，說話聲音小，你的離她特別近，而且旁邊說話聲不能太大，才能聽見她說話，想想看聽淑女說話多累啊。我不認為嗓門大這是我的缺點，我認為這是我的優點，大嗓門的好處：第一.聲音大，別人在你旁邊，不至於聽不清。第二，打電話方便，你不在電話機旁，別人也可以聽見你說話。第三，喊人方便，只要不是離的很遠，你喊他，他應該能聽見。大嗓門的好處可別當淑女的好處實惠多。直到現在還有人勸我當淑女，我認為我就是我，我不要改變自己。

Last Monday, we had a monitor election. At the beginning the two candidates, LiuDong and Wang Hong gave us a speech introducing themselves and telling us their plans in the future.
Then we had a vote. We wrote down the name of the better one in our mind and put the paper in a box. Then the exciting time came that our teacher counted the number and wrote it on the blackboard. The result was that 28 students who voted Wang Hong, 13 more than the number of students who voted LiuDong, which meaned WangHong was elected as our monitor.
Wang is really pretty good. I believe she will be a good monitor.
