我們這個班，後進生還是有幾個。因此，轉化後進生是班主任的一項必不可少的工作。我認為對後進生要給予特別的關愛。要做到思想上不歧視，感情上不厭倦，態度上不粗暴。要用自己對差生的一片真誠的愛心，去叩響他們的心靈之門。要善於發現他們的閃光點。比如：在課堂上不要緊緊盯著優等生，應多給後進生創造條件，鼓勵他們舉手發言，及時給予肯定、獎勵，使他們也能自信地面對學習。課外積極輔導，多與家長聯繫，爭取家校聯合為學生創造一個良好的學習環境，同時也促進班級學習氛圍。

五、經常與任課教師取得聯繫，了解學生的學習情況，協同對學生進行學習目的教育，激發學習興趣，培養刻苦學習的意志，教會學習方法，學好各門功課，並掌握學生的課業負擔量。

通過以上工作，本班學生紀律、學習、衛生、日常行為規範等都有了較大轉變，為今後的教育教學工作打好了基礎。當然，班主任工作是一門科學，需要不斷探索，在今後的工作中我將不斷努力，盡心盡責做好這一項工作。
