I'm glad to introduce myself to you. My Chinese name is Ma Lin, but you can call me Rock, my English name. I chose Rock to be my English name because I want to be as tough as a rock, hehe. I was born and raised in Guangdong, so I speak both Cantonese and Mandarin.
I'll soon graduate from Zhongshan University, majoring in accounting. I think you may have interviewed quite a lot of students from our school, so you know this major prepares us for CGA and most courses are taught in English. My GPA is 3.6, it ranks number 9 in the 115 students in my grade. And I've passed 15 exams in CGA, I anticipate I will get the CGA qualification in 20xx.
Besides having good academic performance, I was actively involved in student activities. I was in charge of Student Welfare (生活委員) in my class, and in the Student union of our school. I enjoyed this position because what I did was very important to everybody, although it was mostly small details.

改革的話題一提再提，今年事業單位崗位設定管理改革，讓我又一次踏進了竟爭的行列，走上了實現自我價值的演講台。
感謝改革，感謝競爭，感謝人事改革實行的“公開、公平、公正”的崗位競聘制度，感謝局黨組為我們提供了這次鍛鍊自我、展示才能、提高素質、升華內涵的機會。同時，也藉此機會向多年來一如既往地關心、支持和幫助我成長的單位領導、同事道一聲真誠的謝謝，謝謝大家在事業給我的支持，謝謝大家在生活上對我的關愛!
人的一生，誰不渴望事業有成，誰不渴望創造生命的輝煌!記得拿破崙曾經說過：不想當元帥的士兵不是好士兵。我不是士兵，更當不了元帥。但我更信奉“海闊憑魚躍，天高任鳥飛”這一諺語。來到廣電短短六年時間裡，今天，我第三次走上競崗演講台，心中百感交集。強烈的事業心和責任感一次次告訴我：身為廣電人，就該為廣電事業的發展作出貢獻!
經過多少往事，仿佛就在昨天。一九九二年從學校畢業參加工作。一九九四年參加全國註冊會計師考試合格;一九九六年加入四川省財政廳註冊會計師協會，獲得執業資格;XX年，參加全國會計師資格考試，獲得中級技術職稱。
XX年七月，經過組織安排，我來到廣電局這個人材濟濟的大家庭。六年來，我分別在財務部、群工部任副主任，由於我兢兢業業工作，XX年、20xx年、20xx年連續三年在單位年底工作考評中被職工推薦為優秀事業幹部。
六年來，我同財務部主任一道在局黨組的領導下，不斷完善財務制度，推進會計電算化;強化內部審計，實施財務監督;加強基層會計業務培訓，督促各分公司規範會計基礎工作。
六年來，在財務管理上，通過科學管理，規範核算，合理控制，嚴格支出，減少債務270萬元;面對全省網路即將整合的形勢，按要求對69個分公司的資產及負債(含隱形債務)進行了認真核查，摸清了家底，規範了管理，使各分公司的內部控制更加有效，財務核算更加合理、真實、可靠。
六年來，在資金使用上，堅持量力而行，做到量入為出;在內部控制上，分工明確，相互制約，從制度上保證財產物資的安全，從而使69個分公同由原先僅有一個不負債達到現在有6個分公司不負債。
六年來，先後對五福、磨盤、石佛、觀紫、張公等分公司的財務進行內部審計，查出違規、違紀金額110多萬元，追回退賠款50多萬元。當一年一度各網路分公司的審計報告及財務建議送到局黨組的時候;當鄭ⅹⅹ、李ⅹⅹ走上法庭被執行判決的時候……，作為財務審計人員，我感到自己的肩上責任是多么的重大!
時光匆匆流逝，六年彈指一揮間。我熱愛會計工作，更熱愛廣電事業，廣電部門就是我的家，我為擁有這樣的家而感到自豪與驕傲!今天的崗位竟聘成功與否，我都會一如繼往地努力工作。同時，我永遠都相信一句話：“試試就能行，爭爭就能贏。天上不會掉餡餅，要靠自己去努力。”如果這次大家給我更高的評價，我將不負重望，努力為領導和同志們辦好事，服好務，認真履職履責，並進一步嚴格要求自己：
一、堅持並不斷完善分公司財務制度，使之保證分公司財務工作健康運轉。同群工部主任一道，將本部全體員工團結起來，齊心協力，共同完成局黨組交給的各項任務。
二、在局黨組的領導下，加強內部審計，實施財務監督，督促各網路分公司規範會計基礎工作，完善內部管理制度。在審計中，堅持實事求是，客觀公正，保守秘密，忠實履行法律賦予的權力和義務。
三、遵紀守法，廉潔奉公。作為財務工作者，首先要把廉潔規範成內心信念，化為行為品質，以此來支配自己的行為;其次要時刻設起堅固的人格防線，一心為公，敢於碰硬。工作中，堅持實事求是，客觀公正，堅決抵制違反財經紀律行為，切實維護單位利益。
四、愛崗敬業，無私奉獻。我深知一名財務人員，必須掌握一定的專業知識，要善於藉助先進的信息處理技術，才能搞好企業財務核算工作，為企業提供快捷可靠的財務信息，這也是一名財務人員必須具備的基本素質和能力。真實準確的財務數據信息。是局黨組作出經濟決策、進行巨觀經濟管理的可靠依據。
最後，我想用如下這段話結束我的述職演講。
“逆水行舟，不進則退”，“物競天擇，適者生存”，只有不斷的強化進取和競爭的意識，在工作中不斷充實和完善自己，才能適應社會和時代的發展，才能促進學習和事業的進步，才能實現工作和生活中的美好理想。
