前面同學有人談到專科和本科的關係，並引經據典，闡述觀點。這令我想起清人龔定庵的一句話，是“科以人重科亦重,人以科傳人可知”。科，就是科舉，高考前身。舉個例子，我劉長清是煙大的輪機專科，以後我厲害了，煙大的名氣也高了。(笑……鼓掌……)一個人什麼沒有，只好對別人說，自己是煙大的本科生。這樣的人我們都知道他是什麼樣的人。來到煙大，我很喜歡這個校園。輪機，好。我在瀏覽信息時看到這個專業，覺得很好，很適合自己。我來自農村，雖然很胖，家裡也不富裕，所以應該能吃苦。
我來此求學，希望能得到師長和同學的教誨。我要讓自己的大學生活很充實，不要空虛和無聊;我要時刻保持一種“饑渴感”，對知識的饑渴，對生活的饑渴。
我認為出海有個很好的好處，可以給我一個空間，讓我靜下來，讀書。我不知道能不能帶些書到船上。但我曾幻想，自己在海風中看書，在海浪邊寫日記。我比較喜歡看文學方面的書，感覺這樣的生活很理想。
