5.認真做好教學反思，做到了學習——實踐———交流———總結。並認真的做好反思記錄，記錄自己的不足之處和待提高的部分，及時的改正，使我在教學過程中能做到揚長避短，爭取一次比一次有進步，以夯實基礎。
6.增加了閱讀時間，多讀書，多記錄。在課餘，我堅持經常看書、看報，如《青年教師》、《新教育》、《德育報》等雜誌和報刊。多採集各方面的信息，不斷的填充和彌補自己，提高自己綜合文化知識的含金量。為了解教學方面的動態信息，還經常上網找一些優秀的教案課件學習，努力提高自己的教學水平，使我收穫不少，無論是在和學生相處的技巧，還是課堂教學的合理安排上，我都有了很大的進步。

我認為，一個人的成長離不開家庭的影響。教師對孩子的影響再大，如果得不到家庭的回響與合作，必然是勢單力薄的。所以我經常利用家長接送孩子的時候，與家長交流，表達自己對教育孩子的看法，反映孩子的在校表現和提出一些建議等等。
一學期不知不覺過去了，從學生進校到現在，可以說孩子們的進步是很大的，會學習，會表達，能與老師、同學交流，能主動做好班上衛生，有的小幹部也當得有模有樣，並能比較自覺地遵守學校的各項規章制度。
四、做好後進生的轉化工作
我們這個班，後進生還是有幾個。因此，轉化後進生是班主任的一項必不可少的工作。我認為對後進生要給予特別的關愛。要做到思想上不歧視，感情上不厭倦，態度上不粗暴。要用自己對差生的一片真誠的愛心，去叩響他們的心靈之門。要善於發現他們的閃光點。比如：在課堂上不要緊緊盯著優等生，應多給後進生創造條件，鼓勵他們舉手發言，及時給予肯定、獎勵，使他們也能自信地面對學習。課外積極輔導，多與家長聯繫，爭取家校聯合為學生創造一個良好的學習環境，同時也促進班級學習氛圍。
五、經常與任課教師取得聯繫，了解學生的學習情況，協同對學生進行學習目的教育，激發學習興趣，培養刻苦學習的意志，教會學習方法，學好各門功課，並掌握學生的課業負擔量。
