在學習上，嚴格要求自己，憑著自己對成為一名優秀白衣天使的目標和知識的強烈追求，刻苦鑽研，勤奮好學，態度端正，目標明確，基本上掌握了一些專業知識和操作技能，熟練的掌握了專科知識和各項專科護理操作，作到了理論聯繫實際。除了專業知識的學習外，還注意各方面知識的擴展，廣泛的涉獵其他學科的知識，從而提高了自身的思想文化素質。
在工作中，我深深感到自身不足，對於各種疾病知識了解很少，明顯感到加強自身學習、提高自身素質的緊迫性。一是向書本學習，堅持每天擠出一定的時間不斷充實自己，廣泛汲取各種“營養”;二是向周圍的同事學習，始終保持謙虛謹慎、虛心求教的態度，主動向同事請教，參加醫院和科室組織的各種傳染病知識學習班;三是在實踐中學習，把所學的知識運用於實際工作中，在實踐中檢驗所學知識，查找不足，提高自己，防止和克服淺嘗輒止、一知半解的傾向。
