4、強化語言和文字的表達能力，有計畫性有針對性的提高自身分析檔案、解讀檔案、以及起草檔案的能力

5、全面了解郵政的信息設備和信息網路，協助主任做好郵政信息網路的管理工作。

一、嚴格執行班組規章制度，以制度約束和規範每一名員工。按照金融行業及上級要求，建立健全工作制度，行業道德和生產工作日誌檔案，記錄每名員工的生產表現，目標任務完成情況、業務發展情況等，並定期公布，與每名員工見面，為職工今後晉級、提升，提供原始依據，同時維護班組的正常生產秩序，約束員工行為，做到制度面前人人平等。

二、以企業為家，樹立愛崗敬業的典範。一個企業的興衰存亡都與每一名員工有著千絲萬縷的聯繫。在今後的工作中，作為一名儲蓄所負責人，一個班組帶頭人，毫無疑義地將擔當起模範帶頭作用，無論在愛崗敬業、業務發展、市場行銷、技能培訓、團結同事等方面，都將是率先垂範。我也會以高標準、高水準來要求每一位員工，同時做好員工的思想工作，牢固樹立“企業興我榮，企業衰我恥”、“企業是我家，興旺靠大家”的思想。俗話說，三百六十五行行行出狀元，我們既然乾到了這一行，就應全身心地投入，視自己平凡的職業為生命，在平凡的工作崗位上做出不平凡的業績，真正帶領全體員工做到乾一行、愛一行、鑽一行，將班組建設成為一個團結的班組，先進的班組。

四、增加員工的安全防範意識，加強安全防範措施。堅持安全第一，預防為主，嚴格執行《儲蓄管理條例》等有關法律和規定，做到知法、守法，按章辦事，尤其要注意資金票款安全，結合南街儲蓄所實際，主要應注意以下幾點：

1、辦理儲蓄業務必須堅持雙人臨櫃、錢帳分管、章證分管、交叉覆核等基本制度，在具體操作中，做到有條不紊，減少差錯的發生。

2、進出要隨手關門以及出納人員離櫃時，要將章證、現金一併鎖入保險柜。

3、搞好重點部位的監管工作，進出門市內的各類人員要作好登記，以便備查郵政競聘演講稿。

General Introduction

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester, and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999, I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997, I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998, I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999, I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the

he Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides, In July 20xx, I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year, I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin, a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside, I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

I hope to study in depth

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

So ， well ， when I step into colleage I choose turism as my major . Before I graduate， I got the National Tour Guide Certificate. Today I’ll take you to visit one of the world hertitage----The Yin Ruins.

Covering an area of 24 square KM，the Yin Ruins at xiaotun village was the site of an ancient capital city 3000 years ago.

In ancient times，xiaotun was called Yin to which king Pangeng of the shang Dynasty migrated his capital. As a capital for 273 years， it saw 12 kings and 8 generations .The period was called the Yin shang or the Yin Dynasty in history. The city declined after the Yin had been overthrown and the remains of the Shang Dynasty was latter called the Yin Ruins.

In 1961，the Yin Ruins was listed as the first group of culture relics under state-level protection .In order to prevent it from further damage and preserve the culture it represents.Garden of Yin Ruins was built on the site of the Ruins in 1987.

Well，the whole garden is skillfully designed and built on the exact site of the original buildings.All the buildings in the garden are built on rammed terraces with thatched double-eaved roofs. The rafters beams are decorated with fine carvings of dragon， cicade and other animals.

Ok， now we’re in the main entrance to the garden，it’s a specially designed gate built in the way， the word “gate”was finely carved with beautiful designs of dragon，phoenix，tiger，cicada and so on. On the top of the gate is the words”Garden of the Yin Ruins”，written by Mr.Zhougu cheng，a famous historian in China. The garden is divided into several sections.

Ok， now let’s first come to the main hall where the oracle inscriptions are showed. The oracle inscriptions were first discovered here in the 25th year of the Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty. The 15 important archaeological excavations were carried within 10 years.More than160，000 pieces of shells and bones with inscriptions were found. As the earliest characters， the inscriptions marked a recorded history of nearly 4，000 years in China. They were used as divinations in the Shang Dynasty.when people they were very superstitious.The contents of these inscriptions cover wide fields， ranging from sacrifice wars，states affairs to weather，hunting etc， and provide important information for the study of the Shang society.

Well， apart from the oracle inscriptions ， bronze wares are another part of the culture relics unearthed from the ruins，which shows that the technology of bronze casting

reachedits peak in the Shang Dynasty.The bronze wares include vessels，weapons，chariots and so on. “simuwuding” a bronze object weighing 875kilograms，is 1.33 merters long and 0.78 meter wide .Elegant in appearance and intricately carved in patterns.It’s the best of bronze wares unearthed so far in the world . There are also many other artifacts excaveted in the Yin Ruins including pottery objects， stone and brone objects，jade， shell objects， lacquer ware ， ivory carvings and bamboo articles， all beautiful in shape and well made.

可以說，有什麼樣的教練，就會有什麼樣的選手。大家只注意到劉翔、姚明、丁俊暉的無限風光，而沒有注意到，在他們的背後，都有一個絕頂優秀的教練，大家說是不是?

也可以說，如果你遇到姚明的教練，也許你今天打藍球比姚明打的更好;如果你遇到劉翔的教練，也許你今天跨欄比劉翔跑到的更快!如果你遇到丁俊暉的教練，說不定你今天的檯球打的比丁俊暉更好，大家說是不是?

培訓行業的人都知道，邀約是最難的一件事，如果邀約的客戶質量高，開單是再也簡單不過的一件事了，大家說是不是?可是，邀約對我來說，卻是再也簡單的一件事。幾乎每一次邀約，我都是大家說是不是?

大家知道我的最高紀錄嗎?我的最高紀錄是，在20xx年的一次，我和一個朋友聯手做的一培訓課上，一共來了一百多個老闆，我一個人邀約了九十多個。這個數字棒不棒?(棒)大家要不要給我掌聲鼓勵一下。

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997 I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998 I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis &dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999 I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too. In the second semester I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides In July 20xx I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

In retrospect I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. (2)自我介紹要有充分的信心。

要想讓考官們欣賞你，你必須明確地告訴考官們你具有應考職位必需的能力與素質，而只有你對此有信心並表現出這種信心後，你才證明了自己。

應試者在談自己的優點的一個明智的辦法是：在談到自己的優點時，保持低調。也就是輕描淡寫、語氣平靜，只談事實，別用自己的主觀評論。同時也要注意適可而止，重要的、關鍵的，要談，與面試無關的特長最好別談。另外，談過自己的優點後，也要談自己的缺點，但一定要強調自己克服這些缺點的願望和努力。

特別指出的是，不要誇大自己。一方面從應試者的綜合素養表現，考官能夠大體估計應試者的能力;另一方面，如果考官進一步追問有關問題，將令“有水份”的應試者下不了台。

5、面試自我介紹的注意事項

(1)應試者應充分利用各種個人資源。除了前面提到的面帶微笑、目光交流、坐姿端正等表情、身體語言外，請以沉穩平靜的聲音、以中等語速、以清晰的吐字發音、以開朗響亮的聲調給考官以愉悅的聽覺享受，聲音小而模糊、吞吞吐吐的人，一定是膽怯、緊張、不自信和缺乏活力與感染力的。

(2)情緒也是一個需要控制的重要方面。情緒，做為個人的重要素養，如果在自我介紹中起伏波動，就會產生負面影響。例如在介紹自己的基本情況時面無表情、語調生硬;在談及自己的優點時眉飛色舞。興奮不已;而在談論自己的缺點時又無精打采、萎糜不振。

(3)有的應試者談及自己的興趣愛好時，說自己喜歡唱歌，便自做主張，一展歌喉，在面試考場上為考官們唱它一曲，直到被考官客氣地打斷後，才反應過來行為有些出格。

(4)有的應試者描述自己喜歡這樣、愛好那樣，如：文學、藝術、旅遊、攝影等等，由此考官進一步詢問其拍攝過什麼作品，這位考生的回答卻是她喜歡別人給她拍照，還說家裡的幾本影集都已經滿了。

(5)有的應試者在介紹家庭關係時，似乎“漫不經心”地告訴考官們，自己的某位遠房親戚是應考單位的上司單位的某領導。

(6)有的應試者表示將來踏上工作崗位，將“一定要……“絕對……諸如此類的保證，似乎在做就職演講。

Covering an area of 24 square KM,the Yin Ruins at xiaotun village was the site of an ancient capital city 3000 years ago.

In ancient times,xiaotun was called Yin to which king Pangeng of the shang Dynasty migrated his capital. As a capital for 273 years, it saw 12 kings and 8 generations .The period was called the Yin shang or the Yin Dynasty in history. The city declined after the Yin had been overthrown and the remains of the Shang Dynasty was latter called the Yin Ruins.

In 1961,the Yin Ruins was listed as the first group of culture relics under state-level protection .In order to prevent it from further damage and preserve the culture it represents.Garden of Yin Ruins was built on the site of the Ruins in 1987.

Well,the whole garden is skillfully designed and built on the exact site of the original buildings.All the buildings in the garden are built on rammed terraces with thatched double-eaved roofs. The rafters beams are decorated with fine carvings of dragon, cicade and other animals.

Ok, now we’re in the main entrance to the garden,it’s a specially designed gate built in the way, the word “gate”wasfinely carved with beautiful designs of  dragon,phoenix,tiger,cicada and so on. On the top of the gate is the words”Garden of the Yin Ruins”,written by Mr.Zhougu cheng,a famous historian in China. The garden is divided into several sections.

Ok, now let’s first come to the main hall where the oracle in ions are showed. The oracle in ions were first discovered here in the 25th year of the Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty. The 15 important archaeological excavations were carried within 10 years.More than160,000 pieces of shells and bones with in ions were found. As the earliest characters, the in ions marked a recorded history of nearly 4,000 years in China. They were used as divinations in the Shang Dynasty.when people they were very superstitious.The contents of these in ions cover wide fields, ranging from sacrifice wars,states affairs to weather,hunting etc, and provide important information for the study of the Shang society.

Well, apart from the oracle in ions , bronze wares are another part of the culture relics unearthed from the ruins,which shows that the technology of bronze castingreachedits peak in the Shang Dynasty.The bronze wares include vessels,weapons,chariots and so on. “simuwuding” a bronze weighing 875kilograms,is 1.33 merters long and 0.78 meter wide .Elegant in appearance and intricately carved in patterns.It’s the best of bronze wares unearthed so far in the world . There are also many other artifacts excaveted in the Yin Ruins including pottery s, stone and brone s,jade, shell s, lacquer ware , ivory carvings and bamboo articles, all beautiful in shape and well made.
