本科畢業後，我在實習，從事工作，紮實的會計專業課基礎使我在工作中如魚得水。實習期間，我努力做好本職工作的同時，注意發現大廳人員管理中的問題，並帶來了很多新穎的可操作的發展思路。20xx年，我進入*公司，從事工作。較強的邏輯思維能力和系統思維能力，使我在工作中能夠正確處理工作方方面面的問題。通過參加公司內部計畫的制定，我對管理知識有了更深入的理解和掌握，因此，我有信心進一步學習管理知識，從事企業管理或相關研究工作。
之所以報考MBA，主要有以下三點原因：一是我對管理學有強烈的興趣，希望能夠深入系統的開展相關知識的學習;二是為了實現企業經理人的夢想，需要更深層次的自我發展，學習提高;三是為了指導實際工作，經過MBA的鍛鍊，能夠提升自已的管理能力，提高所在企業的管理水平。
