也許世紀百悅的工作對大家來說，都覺得是一件很簡單的事情。收銀員只負責收銀，其他員工各司其職，不會有什麼難的。我以前也是這么認為的，可是此刻看來，等我自我成為商場員工的時候，我才感覺到其中很多的困難，並沒有想像中那么簡單，那么容易，我想說，其實做什麼工作都會遇到困難，沒有一項工作是簡單易做的，僅有努力才能夠做好!
經過近二個月的工作和學習，商場的工作我也能夠應付自如了，或許說這些話有些自滿，但當有狀況發生時，公司的同事都會向我伸出援助之手。這使我心中不經萬分感動。在這二個月的時間裡，自我一向堅持著對工作的熱情，心態也是以平和為主。我深深的明白，作為一名世紀百悅的工作人員，堅決不能夠把個人的情緒帶到工作中來。顧客永遠是對的，不能與顧客發生任何的不愉快，所以我們要以會心的微笑去接待每一位顧客，縱然顧客有時會無理取鬧，但我們也要做到沉著冷靜，堅持好自我的心態，儘量避免與顧客之間發生矛盾。
雖然自我做收銀工作的時間不是太長，自身的專業素質和業務水平還有待提高，可是自我覺得只要用心去做，努力去學習，就能夠克服任何困難。我們要樹立良好的形象，因為我們不僅僅代表著我們自身，更代表著公司的形象。在工作期間我們要進取的向老員工請教和學習，能夠踏實認真的做好這份屬於我們自我的工作。這是公司的需要更是自我工作的需要。針對自我在工作中遇到的問題，探討自我的心得和體會，也算是對自我的一個工作評價吧。
在這段工作期間內，自我感覺到還有很大的不足，對於自我的業務水平和技能還有待提高，這樣才能在方便顧客的同時也方便我們自我的工作，使我們的工作效率有所提高。當然自我覺得對顧客的服務才是最重要的，作為服務行業的一員，我們能做的就是服務顧客，讓顧客滿意而歸。這就要求我們自身具備良好的個人素質，做到熱情耐心的接待好每一位顧客，不要在工作中將自我的小情緒帶進來，更不能在工作時間內聊天、嬉戲，這樣會讓自我在工作中出現許多不必要的麻煩，為了防止自我與顧客之間產生矛盾，我們必須要堅持好自我的心態。
在工作之餘，自我還應當多學習關於自我工作方面的專業知識，自我僅有不斷的學習，不斷的提高，不斷的提高，才能立足於如今如此競爭激烈的社會之中，這也是我們為自我所做的準備，僅有做好這些，有足夠的資本，才能在這份崗位中脫穎而出，要明白在一份平凡的工作中作出不平凡的成績，這並不是一件易事。
時光飛逝，雖然自我在這份崗位中工作了短短二個多月的時間，但給自我的的感受卻很深，無論是在自我做人方面，還是在自我的工作當中都給了自我很大的幫忙，在今後的工作當中自我應當多學習多提高，做好做精自我的工作。為了完美的明天，我們努力吧。
