畢業後我首先從事了兩年的火車頭設計工作，然後從20__年開始轉行從事軟體開發工作。從20__到20__年，我在徐州天潤軟體公司工作近兩年。估計您沒有聽說過這家公司，天潤是一個專業性很強的公司，是在幾年以前由幾個博士後創辦起來的，我們主要服務的對象就是鐵路系統。我最初擔任的是C++程式設計師，在工作了三個月之後被升職為項目經理，主要負責到客戶所在單位進行駐點式軟體實施。由於我帶的小組實施速度比較快，我帶隊負責了公司三個契約額最大的項目，總計契約額約占公司全年營業額的30%。

20__年8月，我被一個朋友推薦到廣東藍天軟體公司擔任項目經理。在藍天工作的兩年時間裡，我最大的成就是，我成功解決了兩個已經實施了一年半之久的爛尾項目。其中一個已經驗收完畢，給公司收回了15萬元的軟體款。我個人的體會是，軟體實施人員，必須要“以柔克剛”，對待客戶的態度要“柔”，可是對一些不合理的客戶化要求要“剛”，否則項目實施起來就沒完沒了，公司根本就賺不到錢了。
