各位領導，各位同事，大家上午好。我叫張克成，弓長張，克服困難的克，成功的成，初次見面大家可能記不住，沒關係，大家叫我小張就好了。我來自湖北黃岡武穴，是武漢大學動力與機械學院能源動力系統及其自動化專業的應屆本科畢業生，目前在公司諮詢部工作。
作為一名應屆本科畢業生，新到一個陌生的城市，面對自己人生的第一份工作，我是忐忑大于欣喜的，有一種前途未卜的感覺，再加上逝去學生時代的傷感，剛開始我的情緒是比較低落的。值得慶幸的是，公司領導對我們給予了充分的照顧和細緻的指導，鄧總、吳經理、李副經理多次找我談心;在入職方面，辦公司於姐也是熱心熱情地幫我們辦理各種手續;在工作方面，以周工為代表的前輩們也是我學習的榜樣，眾所周知，技術工種是比較枯燥的，但是已經在本行業工作十幾甚至幾十年的前輩們卻依舊用他們飽滿的精神深深地感染了我，在這裡對他們一併表示感謝。
相信有了這么多的關心和幫助，鼓勵和祝福，我一定能克服目前的困難，儘快地成長起來，為公司的發展儘自己的一份薄力。

I called home in Gansu, Tianshui, just this year from the Shaanxi Normal University law graduate. I am cheerful, easy to get along with people; work seriously and be good at summing up, willing to communicate with others.
