一年來，在保全公司和各級教育部門的領導下，我和其他同事一道在校園保全工作的崗位上，以維護校園正常教學秩序，保障校園師生安全為己任，以一個合格稱職的保全人員的標準嚴格要求自己，勤勤懇懇，認真負責，確保了所在的古劍學校全年校園秩序的持續穩定，圓滿完成了各級領導的安排的工作任務。具體工作主要體現在以下幾個方面：
一、在思想上，進一步認真學習貫徹黨的精神，在思想上和行動上與新一屆黨中央保持高度一致，並在黨的堅強領導下，以鄧小平理論和“三個代表”重要思想為指導，深入貫徹落實科學發展觀，堅定不移地走中國特色社會主義發展道路，以更加昂揚的鬥志和改革創新的精神，更加信心滿懷地向未來。
二、在日常管理工作中，我們安保組始終堅持每周不少於一次例會，一次集中學習。思想統一，團結一致、相互幫助、相互關心，“心往一處想，勁往一處使”的工作氛圍。在文明執勤中，大家出都能統一要求、統一著裝，做到文明禮貌，虛心待人、熱情大方，但在工作中也存在一些不足之處，如：大家思想還不夠穩定，工作態度還不夠積極，工作方法還不夠靈活，行為語言上還不夠到位。
三、樹立服務意識，服務於安保大局。工作期間，堅持做好自己的常規工作，按時接班，認真檢查孩子的校牌，堅持學校的出入制度，對外來人員堅持登記原則，課間做到巡查，放學期間做到校園外100米看守護送等。努力做到公司領導放心，學校領到滿意，校園秩序穩定。
四、認真完成安保任務、落實具體工作。
1、自覺遵守紀律，做到不遲到不脫崗，上崗時著裝嚴整，舉止文明、自覺樹立保全人員的良好形象。
2、堅持工作日誌和出入人員及校園巡邏工作的登記。同時在學校放假後，配合校內教職工每天留校值班，開展巡邏和防範工作。
