“尺有所短，寸有所長”，過去自己的專業雖然是機械行業，也是跟鋼、鐵、圖紙打交道，來到錦州港以後，我知道自己的不足和該努力的方向，現在從事流動機械的管理工作。現在的我很喜歡自己的這份工作，但我深知自己的經驗和閱歷都很不足，實踐還很有缺陷，但是有不懂的我就問，多查閱資料，在辦公室各位同事和領導的幫助下，感覺自己這段日子學了很多，每天都很充實。現將這段日子的工作做一個自我評定。
一、1、努力學習，不斷提高專業能力。在工作中，認真學習專業知識，將實踐和理論相結合，不斷積累經驗，積極參加學習培訓，多多向專業人士、技術人員請教，不斷充實自己; 2，遵章守紀，這段日子來，自己在工作中做到不怕苦、不怕累，學習優秀員工的方法，多看多聽多想多問，認真去完成各項工作任務;
