一、教育保育方面:
本學期我們中一班有37名幼兒，我們創設一個溫馨和-諧的環境，幫忙新來的幼兒儘快適應新的學習生活環境，其次要從每一個細節入手，建立起一系列良好的常規，以保證日後各項教學活動的有序開展在教育教學上，能注重保教結合，全面發展的原則，尊重每一位幼兒，發展他們的個性。照本班幼兒的實際狀況制定班級工作計畫，周計畫，科學安排幼兒一日活動，保證幼兒動靜結合，促進幼兒身心全面發展。透過開展豐富多彩的區域活動，有目的有針對性對個別幼兒進行耐心細緻地輔導，根據本班幼兒的特點寓教於樂，充分調動幼兒的用心性，主動性，趣味性。
我們中班幼兒的獨立意識增強，並且自我服務的願望和要求日趨激烈。從簡單的自我穿衣服到自我疊被子到簡單的勞動。我們抓住了孩子的這一心理特徵。在本學期開展了小助手值日生輪換制，讓做小助手的孩子負責飯菜的分發工作，喝開水的排隊問題，以及飯後清理桌面等細小的機會，既培養了孩子們為他人服務的潛力，並且督促了孩子們的自律。淺移默化中培養了幼兒良好的行為習慣。從而促進了整個班風班貌的提高。
在衛生保健方面，以培養幼兒各項生活習慣為重點，抓好幼兒在園生活習慣，照顧好幼兒的身體健康，我們的生活習慣培養包括了：培養飯前便後洗手，飯後擦嘴等良好衛生習慣，督促幼兒多喝水，對大、小便需要幫忙的幼兒給予照顧，對出汗過多的幼兒，及時更換衣服，以防感冒，對體弱多病的幼兒給予個性照顧。教師每一天都能認真地做好消毒和打掃工作，加強幼兒的保健衛生，管理好午睡，做好預防幼兒常見疾病的工作，減少細菌滋生。
二、家長交流方面：
幼兒的提高離不開家長的支持。我們服務的對象是家長和孩子，要想教育好孩子，家長的作用是舉足輕重的。所以，這就需要我們在教育好幼兒的同時，做好家長工作。
教師和家長透過交流，能夠了解幼兒在家和幼稚園的狀況，所以，每一天放學後，我們都及時向家長反映該幼兒當天的紀律與學習的狀況，做的好的給予及時的鼓勵和表揚，做得不夠的請家長配合，幫忙幼兒糾正。如發現缺席的幼兒，我們及時打電話與家長問候幼兒的身體健康狀況，切實做好家園同步工作。
三、自身工作
作為一名幼兒教師不僅僅要管理好班級，有一顆愛孩子的心，還要不斷的提高自身的素質，不斷的完善自身修養，不斷的吸取經驗。這學期，我努力作好本職工作，但也存在著不足，我會在今後的工作中加以改善，繼續努力，跟上社會時代的步伐
