作為一名青年教師，從上崗第一天起，我便深切地認識到自己肩負的責任之重大，提高自身的專業素質和思想水平，是我的首要任務。
一年來，作為新教師，我深知，只有付出更多，才能有些許收穫。因此，唯有勤勤懇懇地工作，才能儘早站穩講台，並在教師這片領域開出屬於自己的花朵。一年中，我我本著全心熱愛教育事業的精神，實施愛的四有，關愛學生，真誠奉獻。每天踏實工作，在實踐、探索與反思中，不斷提高自身業務素養。
