作為一名青年教師,從上崗第一天起,我便深切地認識到自己肩負的責任之重大,提高自身的專業素質和思想水平,是我的首要任務。

一年來,作為新教師,我深知,只有付出更多,才能有些許收穫。因此,唯有勤勤懇懇地工作,才能儘早站穩講台,並在教師這片領域開出屬於自己的花朵。一年中,我我本著全心熱愛教育事業的精神,實施愛的四有,關愛學生,真誠奉獻。每天踏實工作,在實踐、探索與反思中,不斷提高自身業務素養。

首先,在學科方面,我每天堅持聽讀英語,每周定期與外教交流,提高自己的口語水平,同時提高自己的專業素質。在教學過程中,以二年級學生身心發展特點和知識接受能力和限度為基點,以全新的教學理念登上三尺講台,組織課堂教學,並圍繞三個維度對學生進行培養,夯實基礎,著力在課堂上培養學生在聽力、閱讀、口語、思維、表達等各個環節的訓練與提升,注重課堂教學實施的有效性。重視學生的主體地位,發揮教師的引導作用。同時,積極參加學校教研活動,通過觀摩、聽課、學習、對照、反思等活動,不斷汲取優秀教師的寶貴經驗,

反思自己的課堂教學,找出自己的缺陷,找準提升點,提高自己的教學水平。在如今的時代環境裡,一個人的知識猶如一粒浮塵,要想更好的立足於社會,必須不斷增加知識的廣度和深度。工作以來,教學中的活動與任務有時讓我頗感壓力。因此,我深感加強學習與反思對提高自身業務素養的重要性和必要性。一年來,在實際工作中,也遇到了不少困難。我也由當初的焦躁慢慢磨練成現在的沉穩。
