自20xx年10月1日來到氯鹼項目部參加工作，這兩個多月在生產處擔任設備技術員一職，得到項目部領導的關心培養和同事們的熱心幫助，讓我的工作效率有了快速的提升，在此感謝公司對我的信任及同事們的支持。下面是試用期的個人工作總結，請各位領導指導與糾正：
一、主要工作內容
1、維護保養工作的指導與監督，進行潤滑油和備品備件統計。根據簽訂的技術協定以及相關設備的使用說明書，對不明情況的進行電話諮詢，編制項目部所有設備的潤滑油品種及消耗量、備件備件物品消耗等統計、報表等工作。
2、編制設備台賬及協助設備狀況管理。根據最終版工藝流程圖核實現場安裝情況，根據相關技術資料編制動力車間(含空壓制氮站、循環水站、淨水站、脫鹽水、中水回用以及污水處理)設備台賬和設備檔案。
3、協助動力車間單機試車，統計項目部單機試車情況，匯報進展情況和出現的問 題。進行動力車間的動設備單機試車，做好安裝調試前準備工作，協助廠家進行單機試車，提供便利。參與大型設備的調試工作，提前做好準備(掌握設備性能、工作原理、管線安裝和電氣連線情況、做好潤滑保養等)工作，收集整理有關技術資料。
4、協助生產準備處開展監督設備安裝、質量檢查工作。對轄區內的設備安裝進展情況進行匯報，出現的問題協調處理。
二、工作心得
1、紮實的專業功底是出色完成工作的前提條件，因此要求提前做好功課，將管轄範圍的設備工作原理、裝配零件，性能和運行故障處理方法熟悉掌握。
2、一個項目的開展進度取決於團隊合作精神，一項工程完工需要多個部門的密切配合，只有整個團隊形成密切合作，才會有強大的戰鬥力，克服眼前的一切困難。
3、工作要積極主動，工作態度認真，主動溝通，避免信息滯後。
4、設備和行業規範在不斷地更新，主動學習才能提高工作效率，提升自身技術素養，更好的完成工作。
試用期間在不斷的取得進步，自己的專業實踐經驗得到了長進，工作能力得到了提高。在今後的工作中，我將以百倍的熱情迎接新的挑戰，積極學習，一定會竭盡全力的開展工作，為公司的發展貢獻自己微薄之力!

轉眼間兩周的消化內科試用生涯就要結束了，聽我們的同學說下個科室是心內，可以說是我們醫院比較厲害的科室了，為期三周，希望能有個好的進步。
這兩周在消化內科，我還是扎了好多人的，而且由於老師幫挑的病人比較好，沒有一個出了問題的，嘿嘿，可惜每次都要老師幫忙給送膠布，很汗，很囧。我想到心內可能打針的機會要少，不過其他像搶救之類的就多了吧。由於我老師一直上白班，我還真沒上過其他的班!倒是有幾次搶救的，什麼大口吐血的，休克甚至死掉的也有，我同學參與了，等我到的時候要么穩定了，要么轉科了，要么就在床上掛紫外線燈了(死亡以後的終末消毒)。
這個科室的老師挺好，尤其是我的帶教，很有水平，雖然還比不上護士長，但是可以預見她在熬幾年就可以進入管理崗位了。年輕，有學歷，懂管理，技術也是一流的。從病人和護理站的資料看，她才從腎內轉過來，就又是組長又帶新員工的，恩，有前途。雖然長的不是很漂亮，但是看上去很舒服，脾氣也好，離開我的啟蒙老師還真是有點捨不得呢。
書到用時方恨少，以前舍友說他在臨床上讀的書比在學校里還多，我還嘲笑他說他在學校就沒有讀書，一直是在wow中度過的。現在看來我把書都留下還是很有意義的，很多有印象的東西就是不熟悉，要用的時候總是拿不出來，很鬱悶。所以今天我就在把明天在心內可能會用到的東西瀏覽下，畢竟要做到優秀還是一件很難的事情，而且昨天下班的時候看到內科樓下貼著___等幾個七年的同學取得了代理住院醫師的稱號，還是很羨慕的。心想如果我們表現優秀，提前取得代理護士的稱號，也許也很能滿足下我的虛榮心呢。
最為印象深刻的還是接留置針，由於留置針少，每次都忘記打開那個夾子，結果每次都被老師說，我說絕對不會有下次了。但是過了兩天還是忘記打開了，結果我檢查為何輸液不暢的時候老師說你不是說不會有下次了么。然後我打開了夾子。當時心裡叫一個難受，雖然老師後面又安慰了幾句，但是我根本聽不進去。等洗了手，老師去忙了，我換了個房間，正好另外一個老師在接針，她問我做什麼，我說我想接這個。那個老師爽快的答應了，科室消好毒我怎么也拔不下來那個針帽。那位老師說，你剛洗了手吧，我喔了一聲，又把針還給老師了。後來想想，這種贖罪式的心態還是要不得的，像這種人命關天的事情有時是不給你補救的機會的。所以下次一定要一次做成，一次做好。
