首先，要建立醫患信任關係。儘管醫患關係不和諧的成因有多種，但醫患之間缺乏真誠的信任仍是主因。目前，因為種.種原因，不能滿足患者對多元化醫療服務的需求，使患者信任度降低。建立醫患信任的主導是醫護人員，只要我們切實轉變服務意識，做到認真診療、合理用藥，幫忙患者早日康復，才能在工作中偶有失誤的狀況下，也能得到患者的理解。
