時間一晃而過，轉眼間到公司已經三個多月了。這是我人生中彌足珍貴的一段經歷，在這段時間裡領導及同事在工作上給予了我極大的幫助，在生活上給予了我極大的關心，讓我充分感受到了領導“海納百川”的胸襟，感覺到了公司“敢於拼搏，敢為人先”的企業精神，在肅然起敬的同時，也為我有機會成為公司的一份子而自豪。 在這三個多月的時間裡，在領導和同事們的悉心關懷和指導下，通過自身的努力，各方面均取得了一定的進步，現將我的工作情況作如下匯報。
一、通過培訓學習和日常工作積累使我對公司有了一定的認識，對公司的共贏文化理念有了一定的體會。進入公司，首先會看到一幅牌匾，上寫共贏文化理念：

三、認真學習崗位職能，工作能力得到了一定的提高。 根據目前工作分工，我的主要工作任務是水電設計。在領導和同事的指導下，順利完成10幾個項目的設計工作。學的越深，知道的越多，但發現需要學習的東西更多。大家知道，室內裝飾工程是一項比較複雜的綜合性建設工程，必然涉及到多種行業的許多專業。就拿我做的水電設計來講吧，你只懂水電是做不好的，你還需要掌握裝飾，暖通，消防等專業知識,這就需要自己不斷的學習。我相信憑藉我的高度責任心和自信心，努力學習，不斷進取，一定會把工作做的更精更細更好，讓領導放心，讓客戶滿意。 來到公司工作雖然不長，但我在責任心，思想境界，業務素質，工作能力上都得到了很大的提高，感謝公司給了我這個舞台，我一定會珍惜這次來之不易的機會，不斷提升自己，多向周圍的同事學習，不斷提升自己的綜合素質，為公司的發展竭盡全力。
