本人在大二、大三期間擔任我班的學習委員，認認真真、扎紮實實地做好土木102班學習委員的本職工作，切實完成了班主任交給我的任務，並對班級里的各項事務也認真負責。在這一年裡，我不斷地充實和提高自己。
一、思想方面
本人在當學習委員期間，積極地為預備黨員轉正做準備，擁護黨的各項方針政策，堅持四項基本原則。在工作當中，我也能端正自己的心態，勤勤懇懇，任勞任怨，勤奮刻苦。
二、工作方面
首先，我及時告知同學們任課老師布置的作業以及需要傳達的事宜，收發各科作業。課前點名，督促大家按時上課，做到不逃課，不遲到，不早退。通知同學們各項考試的時間和相關安排，提醒同學們按時參加考試不要遲到。和各科老師及教學秘書保持聯繫，幫助老師安排教室、課堂的調整及教材的發放。
其次，我積極鼓勵班裡里的同學參加各種學科競賽。在我們學校組織的結構設計大賽上，我們班就有若干隊伍參加，並在大賽上取得二等獎的優異成績。
再次，我協助班長工作搞好班級工作，組織同學一起上自習，組織班級學習研討會，讓大家在一起交流學習經驗，表揚先進，找出問題，並討論解決。讓大家在學習上互相幫助，形成互幫互愛的班級氛圍。
三、個人學習

四、努力方向
