到-x項目部擔任技術員以來，已經過去了一年多，在這一年裡面，回顧這一年來的工作歷程，總結一年來工作中的經驗、教訓，有利於在以後的工作中揚長避短，更好的做好技術工作。

過去的一年，感謝公司及項目部的支持，在管網項目部中擔任技術員職務，過去一年的施工中，在項目部很多前輩的關心幫助下，不管是技術方面還是質檢與管理，使我工作上有了很大的進步，當然成績只代表過去，在以後的工作中我會加倍努力，爭取做的更好;以前從書本上學到科學的東西來不得半點虛偽和驕傲.在工程中，技術含量較高，這就要求我們技術人員對待工作不能人浮於事，做老好人，而要以踏實、嚴謹的態度對待工作，不懂的東西要善於學習，已懂的東西更要精益求精，因為技術在不斷進步更新，只有通過不斷地學習，輔以求精務實，腳踏實地的作風，方能勝任自己的工作崗位.一切工程施工，技術和質檢工作貫穿始終，在工作經驗的積累中，逐步培養自己的預見性，方能起到技術先行的作風，建築職業不同於其他行業，它需要不斷在現場檢查、監督，隨時發現問題，解決問題，而這些工作都在現場比較惡劣的環境下進行，這要求我們不斷培養吃苦耐勞的精神，要不怕苦不怕累，放下管理人員清高的姿態，從工程的實幹中不斷豐富自己所學才能，使自己的現場綜合處理能力得到鍛鍊和提高。 身為建築公司的一員，有機會能在這樣的條件下學習和鍛鍊，感到無比的自豪，這種環境和外部的條件給了我們一種自信和榮耀，但更多的是對我們的今後工作的鞭策，就要求我們在工作中時刻要以企業的形象來約束自己，我們所有的言行要符合特級企業的標準，逐步培養自身的個人素質和修養，才能無愧於領導的信任和培養.通過總結一年來的工作，找出工作中的不足，以便在以後的工作中加以克服，同時還需要多看書，認真學習好規範規程及有關檔案資料，掌握好專業知識，提高自己的工作能力，加強工作責任感，及時做好個人的各項工作。
