對於施工員，自我必須先對每一天的工作資料有掌握，對每一天施工的技術要求和施工工藝熟練掌握，這樣在現場的管理和協調中才能更好的處理。現場是一個極其考驗一個人本事的地方，不光是對技術的掌握更是體此刻對整個施工現場的管理和協調，尤其是在很多工序交叉時候，更要處理好相關事宜來避免不必要的麻煩。

在這一年的施工員工作中，我收穫很多，不僅僅是施工知識的掌握，同時對與各種層次人員的交流有了很大的提高，那裡包括與同事的相處，與分包的相處方式，甚至與建設單位和監理之間的交流，這一切的一切都讓我受益非淺。在施工技術方面，我以往有一次因為沒有看技術組發出窗戶和門的變更導致門窗洞口位置留錯，幸好上報時被我們工長李哲發現並糾正。這件事給了我很大的觸動，作為一名合格的施工員，必須對技術敏感，我們在實際的施工中，經常會遇到各種設計變更，施工員必須要第一時間了解、吃透這些變更，這樣才能真正指揮好現場。資料整理方面做的不好，落下了很多資料，臨時突擊補資料搞的自我很狼狽。以後必須做到施工資料並行，保證認真工作態度，給以後的資料整理打下基礎。

綠化工作看似簡單，實則不易，一年四季，種花栽樹、剪枝除草、澆水施肥等工作都比較繁瑣，而且時間性很強，需腳踏實地，銳意進取，才能使各項工作均取得進步。

一、腳踏實地，盡職盡責

半年來，我認真學習公司新的規章制度，按時上下班，對自己的本職工作認真負責，絕不放過沒一個細節。對領導安排的工作及時按時完成。從思想上到行動上多做到真正以公司為家，把公司的事當成自己的事去做，做到先有大家再有小家，把公司的事無論大小都當成首要大事去做，做到想公司所想，做公司所做。

因此對管理工作的監管應與施工工程的監管區別對待，把握其自身的特點，尋找有效的控制點，發現最適合的工作途徑，以使管理過程有序、合理、可操作性強，保證公司經濟效益最大化。

本人自20__年_月參加工作以來，先後參加了__港區開發區經八路工程、__工程、__路工程、__西路工程、__東路工程、__工程等工程的建設。現今在__負責港區BT項目建設的資料整理工作，擔任過學員、資料員、契約管理員及政工員等職務。

在任職施工技術科資料員期間，本人工作一絲不苟、兢兢業業。主要工作有：

1、配合各專業工程師對工程資料作好嚴格把關。因為工程資料是真實反映工程項目施工的結果，資料就是在工程建設過程中構成各種形式的信息記錄，僅有和其他專業工程師全力配合才能完成並做好這項工作。

2、負責施工資料的治理工作，並對施工資料進行收集、整理和歸檔。施工資料是工程建設過程中的真實記錄，是一項系統工程。它牽涉到監理單位、建設單位、施工單位、設計單位等工程參建單位的實質性工作，是施工工作科學化、規範化、法制化的標誌。

3、編制會議記錄。
