兩天的時間轉眼即過,我們取得了女子總分第二名、男子總分第五名、團體總分第四名的成績,儘管不盡如人意,但我們沒有丟了護理系的氣勢,在比賽過程中,許多運動員的拼搏精神令我們感動,“熱淚盈眶”四個字絕對不是虛假的,他們咬著牙堅持比賽的一幕幕至今仍在腦海揮之不去,不管勝利與否,這種頑強的精神都值得我們張揚與銘記。經過這次校運動會,各個部門的團結協作精神得到了充分體現,各個部門之間的聯繫也更加緊密。同時在這次運動會上,也出現了許多不和諧的現象,針對學生會的學生幹部,有的人忙得熱火朝天,有的人卻顯得無所事事,某些學生幹部是充分的發揮了當觀眾的潛質,因為觀看比賽而忘了自我的任務,很多部門幹事在工作中的進取性都有待加強。這些本不應當出現的現象出現了,說明了學生會的學乾的職責心還不夠。

對於這次運動會沒有取得夢想的成績的重要的原因是:1、對於我系一些運動人才的遺漏,由於運動會的宣傳的局限性以及同學報名的進取性,以至於一些很有實力的選手沒有被挖掘出來;2、運動員自身條件的限制,有的同學在賽前沒有注意自我保護,所以受傷無法參加比賽,還有就是因為我系同學大多為女生,所以在比賽期間有的很有實力的運動員處於特殊時期而錯失了比賽或影響了比賽成績;3、運動員的運動素質有待提高,異常是__級的同學,除了那么幾個突出一點,其他獲獎的大多為我們上屆運動會的老將;另一方面,在本次運動會之中,我們能夠看到,除了在我系原有傳統優勢項目穩定發揮之外,其他項目的比賽成績,尤其是徑賽的短跑比賽項目的成績不是太夢想針對以上的問題,我們應當從以下幾個方面進行改正:

(1)針對一些進取性不高、做事懶散的學生幹部,本著實事求是的原則,認真做好學乾的記錄以及違紀情景的登記,認真貫徹執行,進行匯報,同時增加工作透明度;

(2)對於學生會開展的一些活動,無論是前期工作還是後期過程與結果,我們都應當宣傳到位,爭取做到沒有哪項活動是同學們不了解的,與此同時想辦法調動同學進取性,讓絕大多數同學都參與到活動中來;

(3)部門做事應有明確分工,條例要清晰,每次活動之前都要做好任務分配,儘量避免部門幹事不明白做什麼,怎樣做的情景;

(4)學乾們應當從自身做起,不要因公徇私,擺學生幹部的架子;與此同時,維護自身及學生幹部的威嚴與形象;

(5)學生會應當與學生堅持密切的聯繫,以為同學服務為宗旨,認真履行好自身的權利與義務;

(6)對於運動員,我們應當平時就定期集訓,加強人才儲備,做到有備無患。

總之,本次運動會不僅僅為學生幹部供給了一個鍛鍊自我的機會,更加增長了見識,同時也增進了部門之間的聯繫。有評價才有反思,有反思才有提高。運動會已經結束,但留給我們有太多的東西。我們累並歡樂著,完美的,不足的,都讓我們難以忘記。整個運動會體現的不僅僅是我們護理系運動員的風采,更加體現了我們護理系的凝聚力與向心力,體現了我系師生良好的精神風貌,在本屆運動會我們不僅僅圓滿完成了比賽任務,並且經過這次運動會,加強了大家的團體榮譽感,增強了大家參加體育鍛鍊的意識,提高了大家的組織本事、辦事本事,同時也讓我們學生幹部的本事得到了同學的肯定。為今後的工作積累了經驗,奠定了基礎。學生會的沒一個成員都參與到了運動會中來,每一個人都為了我們團體的榮譽而努力著,我們用我們的力量活得了屬於我們的回報。
