口頭申報是指入出境人員所攜帶的行李物品不需要填寫申報單【declaration form/card】。旅客入出境時, 海關工作人員會當面詢問是否有需要申報的物品進出境，旅客如實回答即可，通常不用開箱檢查。
雖然有時候海關也有權讓口頭申報的旅客開箱當面檢查，但相比之下，對於不喜歡填申報單和開箱檢查的遊客來說，口頭申報也算較為方便了。你可以這樣問：
