當然，我並不後悔離開康拓普，我為追求一個理想而離開；我也不會介意有人會說，我又回來找*領導要工作。
我已經在承擔夢想破滅後的嚴重後果了。不斷的提升能力，不斷的積累經驗，我發現卻是更難的找到工作。it是個年輕人的行業，很多主管的年齡正與我相仿，容納同齡的下屬也需要更多的包容。面對職場，我一下子不知怎么去與同齡人競爭；面向未來，我到四十歲還有十年，還有機會發展自己。
剛從創業的激情中冷清下來，我還沒有完全規劃好新的職業計畫，未來的職業方向會從系統集成項目回到it服務。我在***沒有從後勤崗位成功轉型到it服務，新的創業公司又在it服務中折戟，對這一行業持續關注和投入，我建立了深厚的行業感情；而且更為高端的it服務，我接觸還太少。正因為如此，我看好這個方向，我在這一方向的發展遠未到瓶頸。
***在it服務外包上的格局還未打開，此時也沒有招聘需求。回來工作可能是一件比較困難的事情。it是個比較小的圈子，不經意間我又到了電力行業的it公司。希望能繼續保持與領導和其他同事的聯繫，並不斷的聽到×××的好訊息。祝身體健康！工作順利！
