各位領導、各位評審：大家好!
首先感謝組織提供這樣一個平等競爭的機會，使我有幸參加這次竟聘。
一、 本人基本情況
我叫###，現年###歲，黨員，金融大專學歷，會計師，現任###處###員。我竟聘的職務是###處副處長。
我1986年畢業於###金融專業，工作後通過參加自學考試取得了金融大學專科學歷。
我的主要工作經歷是1986年7月在省中行###處從事非貿易票據托收業務經辦工作;1988年主動申請調入###支行，從事外匯存貸款業務、聯行業務覆核工作;1989年10月任###支行外匯業務科副科長，主持工作;1993年初調入###支行任###科副科長，主持工作，先後從事過本外幣綜合核算、聯行業務、財務及綜合管理、計畫統計等工作，所負責的部門獲得過省行級“先進單位”;__年通過竟聘擔任支行###部主任一職，負責支行###、綜合管理等，__年被省行評為“綜合管理先進單位”;__年1月調入省行###處，承擔###工作。
二、竟聘理由
1、具有較強的理論知識和業務能力。16年來我一直在基層從事###工作，對國家的金融政策、會計制度，銀行的各項財會政策、規章制度、業務流程都比較熟悉，會計知識、銀行業務、技能功底紮實，實踐經驗豐富，有較高的業務水平，具備了良好的業務素質。
2、具備相應的管理能力。我擔任基層行###部門的負責人十多年，積累了較豐富的管理經驗，具有較強的組織能力、管理能力、協調能力。
3、具有任勞任怨的黃牛精神，作風踏實，具有一絲不苟的敬業精神，認真工作，分毫不差，以一種“較真”的態度處理每一筆會計業務，不敷衍塞責。有很強的適應能力。
各位領導，如我能竟聘上這一職務，我將加倍努力，勤奮工作。下面，我談一下我的工作思路。
二、 工作思路
###部門要拓深管理，以認真務實的精神，嚴格制度設計，嚴密組織管理，強化監督機制，細心檢查，細緻分析，認真改進，不斷提高會計工作水平。財會工作應以規範管理防範風險為重點，加強制度建設，改進會計核算，完善內部控制，嚴格基建管理和固定資產管理，提高###人員的業務素質和工作質量，促進我行###工作上新台階。
1、集中全行的會計核算、資金清算、會計檔案管理等，達到集中風險控制，合理運用資源，提高效率的目的。
2、制定全行統一的會計核算和管理制度，並對全轄會計核算進行監督和檢查，要大力強化制度約束，使會計工作的各個崗位，各個環節都處於制度的嚴密控制之下。
3、制定各項業務內控制度，依據風險級別進行重點監控和管理，研究業務中存在的風險，結合業務實際提出風險監控報告。我行財會部門內部控制建設已有長足的發展，但是，面對人們日益複雜的思想、現象、行為，內控制度要從過去防範差錯轉向防範犯罪，保障資金安全方面。
4、加強全行會計核算合規性、合法性的管理。按照“分級負責”的原則嚴格實行違規查究，下級行要對上級行負責;營業部門要對會計部門負責;會計主管要對分管行長負責。發生問題，共同負責。會計監督檢查要做詳細的紀錄，檢查部門和人員要對檢查結果承擔責任。只有這樣，才能促進會計制度的落實，才能保證會計核算的質量，才能提高會計管理的水平。
5、改革費用分配管理辦法。遵循效益最大化原則，將各行的費用分為基本費用和業務發展費用，業務發展費用與各行經營業績掛勾，經營業績越好費用越多。

i am very glad to make a speech here in this class again! this time, i\'d like to talk something about english.
i love english. english language is now used everywhere in the world. it has become the most common language on internet and for international trade. learning english makes me confident and brings me great pleasure.
when i was seven, my mother sent me to an english school. at there, i played games and sang english songs with other children . then i discovered the beauty of the language, and began my colorful dream in the english world.
everyday, i read english following the tapes. sometimes, i watch english cartoons.
on the weekend, i often go to the english corner. by talking with different people there, i have made more and more friends as well as improved my oral english.
this is my teacher’s desk. there are many interesting things.
there is a fish bowl on the cabinet.his name is goldy.her name is swimmy.
there is a large blackboard on the front wall.my teacher writes our homework on it.
there is a birthday chart on the back wall.my teacher puts our names and birthdays on it.
there is a round clock above the door.it tells us what time it is.
there are our drawings on the side wall.this is mine.this is jenny’s.
there is a reading couch in the corner.this is my favorite place.
i hope i can travel around the world someday. i want to go to america to visit washington monument, because the president washington is my idol. of course, i want to go to london too, because england is where english language developed. if i can ride my bike in cambridge university, i will be very happy. i hope i can speak english with everyone in the world. i\'ll introduce china to them, such as the great wall, the forbidden city and anshan.
i know, rome was not built in a day. i believe that after continuous hard study, one day i can speak english very well.
if you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. so i believe as i love english everyday , it will love me too.

“叮鈴鈴，叮鈴鈴……”你按響了爸爸家的門鈴。
透過窗子，你清晰地看到了他臉上的皺紋，他鬢角的白髮，他老了。
“開門啊，爸爸，我是您兒子。”你敲著門。
他抬起頭，看看你，看看他手中的照片，照片上，正是年輕時的你。
半晌，他開口。
“我不認識你，你不是我兒子。”我的父親的演講稿
你嘆口氣，轉身拿手機，準備給你妻子打電話。眼角的餘光卻瞥見了門上貼的紙條。
“兒子，別忘帶鑰匙。”平凡又普通的一句話，你竟然哭了。
第二天中午，你打算去應酬。妻子不在家，你帶著你的爸爸去了飯店。
飯店吵吵嚷嚷，你看著爸爸，爸爸的目光卻死死的盯住一盤餃子，一盤生餃子。
“爸，您想吃餃子啊!”
你正準備把那盤餃子下過，爸爸卻突然伸出手，捏住一隻餃子，放進了衣兜。
你驚呆了，下意識的說：“爸，您乾什麼啊!”
爸爸含糊不清的說：“這這這是給我兒子的，他最愛吃這個。”
你怔住了。
你的爸爸他老了，他或許忘了很多事情。
可他從未忘記愛你。
