青春是歡快的，以為它包含著我們所有的力量和意志，讓我們勇敢向前去的拼搏，去創造我們的天地，青春是激情的，以為它讓我們堅定地向前去探索，那廣闊的天空，充滿鬥志，雄心昂昂，青春是甜蜜蜜的。因為它蘊含了我們所有的理想和對未來的憧憬，讓我們對未來充滿了無限的美好，對未來生活無限的希望。
我們擁有青春，我們可以去盡情享受這美好的生活，我們擁有青春，我們可以去努力拚搏，去創造美好的生活，即使我們失敗了，也會站起來，去繼續向前，重複著一遍又一遍，最終會有所收穫，我們有青春，我們可以和自己的夥伴去共同努力。
努力拚搏吧，即使在風浪面前，我們也會勇往直前，努力奮鬥吧。

大家好!
今天我國旗下講話的題目是：《珍惜每一分鐘》!
首先，我想跟大家分享一個故事，一個關於一分鐘時間的故事。有一次，一個青年向著名教育家班傑明請教如何才能獲得成功，他們約好了地點與時間。等到時間到的那一天，青年如約而至，可是班傑明打開門的那一瞬間卻讓這個青年驚訝不已，原來他的房間裡亂七八糟，一片狼藉。
看著青年驚訝的表情，班傑明馬上說到：“你看我這房間，太不整潔了，請你在門外等一分鐘，我收拾一下你再進來吧。”說完，不等青年開口，他就關上門，一分鐘之後，他再次打開門，並熱情的招呼青年進入了房間，此時青年看到的確是一切已變得井然有序。
青年在心裡感嘆班傑明的速度，可是，沒等青年人把問題講出來，班傑明就非常客氣地說：“好吧，你可以走了。”青年人一下子愣住了，既尷尬又非常遺憾地說：“可是，我，我還沒向您請教呢。”“這些，難道還不夠嗎?”班傑明一邊掃視著自己的房間，一邊微笑地說，“你進來已經有一分鐘了。”“一分鐘?一分鐘”青年人若有所思地說，“噢，我懂了，您讓我明白了一分鐘的時間可以做許多事情，也可以改變許多事情的深刻道理。”向班傑明道謝後，青年人開心地走了。
這是一個簡單的故事，也是一個很耐人尋味，故事告訴了我們一個道理，一分鐘的時間非常恨短很渺小，但是卻可以做很多的事情，也可以改變很多的事情，我們的人生就是由無數個一分鐘構成，如果把握住每一分鐘是我們人生活得有意義的關鍵。所以同學們，珍惜時間，就必須從珍惜你的每一分鐘做起，從現在做起。只有把握好了生命的每一分鐘，我們才能踏上成功之路，攀上理想之巔，才能到達成功的彼岸。
