老師們，同學們：
大家上午好！我今天演講的題目是《借力新課標新高考，培養英語核心素養》。
英語是當今世界廣泛使用的語言，是國際交流與合作的重要溝通工具，是思想與文化的重要載體。學習和使用英語對吸取人類優秀文明成果、借鑑外國先進科學技術、傳播中華文化、增進中國與其他國家的相互理解具有重要的意義和作用。為了促進英語的高效教學，新課程標準提出英語核心素養的先進理念。
英語學科核心素養是學生在接受相應學段英語課程教育的過程中，逐步形成和提升的適應個人終身發展和社會發展需要的必備品格和關鍵能力，綜合表現為四大素養，由語言能力、文化品格、思維品質和學習能力組成。就其關係而言，語言能力是基礎要素，文化品格是價值取向，思維品質是心智表征，學習能力是發展條件。英語學科核心素養涵蓋了知識、能力和態度，四大核心素養相互滲透，融合互動，協調發展，是所有學生應具有的、學以致用的基礎性綜合素養。
為了更好提高落實新課標，提高學生的核心素養，我結合核心素養的四個方面談一下自己的體會和建議。
一、探究課程內容，提升語言能力
語言能力是指在社會情境中，以聽、說、讀、看、寫等方式理解和表達意義、意圖和情感態度的能力。英語語言能力構成英語學科核心素養的基礎，是學生髮展文化品格、思維品質和學習能力的依託。英語語言能力的提高有助於學生拓寬文化視野，豐富思維方式，在全球化背景下開展跨文化交流。
教師要深入研讀語篇，把握教學核心內容。研讀語篇就是讀者對語篇的主題、內容、文體結構、語言特點、作者觀點等做深入的解讀。教師要積極研究如何在教學中落實培養學生學科核心素養的目標，探索有效的教與學的方式，努力實踐以主題意義為引領的英語學習活動觀，實施深度教學。教師必須深入研究課程內容，提煉重點，設計有效的教學活動，通過聽說讀寫訓練，提高學生的語言能力。
二、發掘優秀文化思想，培養文化品格
文化品格是指對中外文化的理解和對優秀文化的認同，是學生在全球化背景下表現出的文化意識、人文修養和行為取向。文化品格體現英語學科核心素養的價值取向。文化品格的培育有助於學生樹立世界眼光，增強國家認同感和家國情懷，學會做人做事，成長為有文化修養和社會責任感的人。
落實立德樹人根本任務，培養學生英語學科核心素養。教師應當充分把握教材的編寫理念、設計思路應突出英語學科的.育人價值，有機融入社會主義核心價值觀，將立德樹人的根本任務落到實處。要緊密圍繞、依據學科核心素養來確立教材內容，無論是語篇和主題的選擇還是相應的教學活動設計，都要體現對學科核心素養的培養價值，有利於學生髮展語言能力，形成良好的文化品格和思維品質，學會學習，樹立正確的價值觀和審美觀，提高學生的文化品格。
三、創設豐富多彩活動，促進思維品質升華
思維品質指人的思維個性特徵，反映其在思維的邏輯性、批判性、創造性等方面所表現的能力和水平。思維品質體現英語學科核心素養的心智發展。思維品質的發展有助於提升學生分析問題和解決問題的能力，從跨文化的視角觀察和認識世界，對事物作出正確的價值判斷，促進學生的深度學習。
具體而言，學習理解類活動主要指基於語篇的學習活動。以解決問題為目的，鼓勵學生從語篇中獲得新知，通過梳理、概括、整合信息，建立信息間的關聯，形成新的知識結構，感知並理解語言所表達的意義和語篇所承載的文化價值取向。遷移創新類活動主要指超越語篇的學習活動。通過自主、合作、探究的學習方式，綜合運用語言技能，進行多元思維，創造性地解決陌生情境中的問題。英語學習活動的設計應注意.情境創設要儘量真實，注意與學生已有的知識和經驗建立緊密聯繫，力求直接、簡潔、有效。教師要善於利用多種工具和手段，思維導圖或信息結構圖，引導學生通過自主與合作相結合的方式，完成對信息的獲取與梳理、概括與整合、內化與運用，教會學生在零散的信息和新舊知識之間建立關聯，歸納和提煉基於主題的新知識結構。
四、分組合作教學，培養學習能力
學習能力指學生積極運用和主動調適英語學習策略、拓寬英語學習渠道、努力提升英語學習效率的意識和能力。學習能力構成英語學科核心素養發展的必要條件。學習能力的形成有助於學生做好英語學習的自我管理，養成良好的學習習慣，拓寬學習渠道，提高學習效率。
我校的課改：問題引領，學案導學，其實在學習能力的培養方面已經具有了相對成熟的經驗。為培養學生自主、合作、探究的學習能力，教師要為學生創設支持和激勵的學習環境。在教學中，教師要有意識地給予指導；課中組織小組合作學習與探究活動；課後布置適量的拓展性作業。此外，教師要在教學中幫助學生學會選擇適合自己的學習方法和策略，主動參與學習活動並嘗試自我評價和同伴互評，養成自我反思的習慣，在體驗自主學習、合作學習和探究式學習的過程中學會學習。教師要在教學過程中幫助學生形成適合自己的學習方法和策略。教師也可以引導學生交流學習方法和策略，互幫互學。教師要引導學生養成自我反思的習慣，反思自己的學習興趣和動機、學習方法和策略、語言能力現狀和發展進程，幫助學生不斷發展自主學習能力，成為有責任擔當的學習者。
作為世界上最通用的語言，英語不僅是生活工作中的交流工具，更是音樂電影文學宗教藝術的等文化載體。教師應當以英語核心素養為指導，深挖教材，圍繞主題，藉助現代信息技術，通過豐富多彩的活動，提高學生的語言能力、文化品格、思維品質和學習能力，讓學生提高綜合素質，為祖國培養優秀人才。
教學是一門永無止境的藝術，心得課程標準，高考新改革和核心素養理念的提出，為我們更快更好的學習英語提供新的途徑。我相信在校領導的指導下，通過全體英語組老師和學生的努力拚搏，英語的教與學一定會去的巨大進步。

In every school a “top” crowd sets the pace, while the others follow their lead.Let’s say the top crowd decides that it is smart to wear bright red sweaters. Pretty soon everybody is wearing a bright red sweater. There is nothing wrong with that, except the fact that on some people a bright red sweater is extremely unbecoming. The situation can even become dangerous, if the top crowd decides that it is smart to drink or to drive cars at seventy miles an hour. Then the people who follow the lead are endangering their lives. They are like the sheep being led to the butcher.
Now, chances are that you have come across situations like these more than once in your life; chances are that one time or another you probably did something you knew to be wrong. You may have excused yourself by saying, “Gee, the crowd does it.” Well, let the crowd do it, but don’t do it yourself. Learn to say, “No.”
Develop your own standards and your own judgment. If you know the crowd is planning something you disagree with, have the courage to bow out politely. You’ll have the satisfaction of standing on your own two feet. Remember this in your heart, you are the unique one in the world, just be yourself.

james madison again at the constitutional convention: "a president is impeachable if he attempts to subvert the constitution." the constitution charges the president with the task of taking care that the laws be faithfully executed, and yet the president has counseled his aides to commit perjury, willfully disregard the secrecy of grand jury proceedings, conceal surreptitious entry, attempt to compromise a federal judge, while publicly displaying his cooperation with the processes of criminal justice. "a president is impeachable if he attempts to subvert the constitution."
if the impeachment provision in the constitution of the united states will not reach the offenses charged here, then perhaps that 18th-century constitution should be abandoned to a 20th-century paper shredder.
has the president committed offenses, and planned, and directed, and acquiesced in a course of conduct which the constitution will not tolerate? that's the question. we know that. we know the question. we should now forthwith proceed to answer the question. it is reason, and not passion, which must guide our deliberations, guide our debate, and guide our decision.
