你們好! 我是孩子們的英語老師孟老師，很榮幸能通過本次家長會與您一起交流我們的英語教學，看著在坐的家長朋友，絕大部分家長，我們還是第一次正式碰面，在此，真誠地向家長朋友們說聲謝謝，感謝您對我們這一門學科的支持與配合，借次機會我想和家長朋友們交流以下幾方面的內容。
一、班級整體情況
在優秀班主任劉老師的帶領下，我們班比較優秀(進步較大)，在這次期中考試中我們取得了比較好的成績的成績，本次考試共有50人參加，總分3696.5、平均分73.93、及格率76%、90分以上有11人，80-90分以上12人、70-7911人，60-69分4人，12人不及格。優秀率率28%其中高分是田帥99分。 但也有小部分學生明顯落後與別人，主要表現在上課注意力不集中，不喜歡張口讀書，動作偏慢，家庭作業沒有按時上交或乾脆不交等現象，久而久之，他的各種表現就落後了，不管是考試成績，口語交流，還是書寫。就不如其他學生。
二、英語學科的特點
本學期我們用的是陝旅版英語教材的三年級起點，在學生聽、說、讀、寫的基礎上，強調語言的運用，注重能力的培養，培養學生自主學習的能力和獨立運用所學語言去做事的能力。但教學內容緊密聯繫小學生的生活和學習實際，選擇話題充分考慮到小學生的需求，涉及學校、家庭、飲食、玩具、動物、顏色、數字等。因此，英語學科的學習本身趣味性比較強，成績好的同學會越學越有趣，小部分同學基礎沒打好，興趣也就減弱了，畢竟學習的過程是從易到難的。低段簡單的沒學會，到高段難的知識點學起來就感覺累了。英語課程每個單元的課型也比較清晰的，每單元有partA B C 三部分內容，每部分有三中課型;單詞教學，對話教學和閱讀教學;還有C部分，也就是故事教學是選學內容，我們一般不作課堂授課，作為有興趣的同學自己自學內容。
三、 如何在家監督孩子的英語學習
1.關注家庭作業
每周有四節英語課，這四天裡我都會布置家庭作業，並且我對家庭作業有具體的要求：若當天是新授單詞課，那晚上的作業肯定是默寫單詞;若是對話課，那晚上的作業肯定是默寫重點句，對預習作業的要求是：聽錄音，若預習單詞，要在家校聯繫本上抄寫單詞，我沒有規定抄寫幾遍，目的是培養學生主動學習的習慣，而不是每天機械地完成老師布置的作業。若對話課或閱讀課，要求翻譯漢語的意思，。第二天由四人小組長檢查，發現很多孩子是來學校補的。所以，從今天以後，家長可以根據這幾個要求去關自己孩子完成作業的情況，當然這之前也有做得很好的家長，不但關注孩子的學習而且可以在微信群里詢問作業或者當面諮詢老師。
2.關注單元測試 看孩子的試卷，不光看分數的高低，更要關注孩子錯誤的原因，是因為粗心，還是因為本身就不會。一次考試，不僅僅只是分數上的收穫，更是一種學習方法上的收穫。也是鼓勵和鞭策孩子，讓孩子有學習的成就感，每次測試後我都以不同的方式給予學生獎勵，有，優秀獎，進步獎，鼓勵獎。當然我們獎勵的獎品是從成績不好的學生奶得到的，我這樣做並不是為了其他的什麼，知識想通過這個小小的獎勵或者懲罰讓好的更好，讓不好的變好，希望家長能理解和支持。
四、 幾點希望
1.家長要轉變觀念，要把語文，數學，英語放在同等位置。經常可以聽到家長的議論，國小英語沒關係，國中會重學的，其實這是一種錯誤的觀念。國中七年級是有三個模組式複習內容的，但後面的內容跨度還是很大的。所以養成良好的學習習慣要從國小開始，孩子的學習必須家校合作，因為時代在進步，再也不要和你那時自己的學習比較。希望家長再家多費點心，多關注自己孩子的英語學習情況。
2.多關注孩子的學習動態，別過早的放棄孩子對英語的學習，要意識到國小的知識相對來說是比較簡單的，更多的是要讓孩子有學英語的動力，多鼓勵，不要一味的責罵，多和孩子交流，溝通。
3.讓我們常聯繫，我也是第一次擔任任六年級的英語課，平時你的孩子出現什麼問題我可以多給一些關注(在學校)但是在家的時候希望有什麼問題希望你們能及時跟我聯繫(我的電話號碼是微信 479543816)我會盡我所能幫助您的孩子。最後讓我們共同努力，讓孩子在英語學科上取得好成績，養成好習慣，為今後的學習打下紮實的基礎。

今天，我們榮幸地在這裡，作為你們孩子的英語老師，和你們共同探討一下六年級孩子的英語學習。
英語的重要性在我們當前的生活中越來越突出，越來越受到整個社會的重視。在小升初畢業統考中，英語也是必考的科目。但對於我們現在的孩子，學習英語還存在一些難題，首先英語不是我們的母語，沒有現成的語言環境，不能在日常生活中反覆運用，所以這就需要我們在學習英語的時候多付出一些，給自己創造機會多練習，多說。其次，就是要語數英三門功課均衡發展，要合理安排時間，同時兼顧三門課的學習，不要因為一門課的缺憾，影響升學和進重點班。
今天就藉此機會希望家長能了解我們的工作安排，有效幫助和指導孩子在家開展學習，是孩子能在今年的學習中取得最佳的成績，為今後的英語學習打下良好的基礎。我從以下幾方面來說。
一、 英語教學工作。
在教學中，我們追求的是讓孩子們快樂地上英語課。玩是孩子的天性，我們經常採用形式多樣的教學方法來激發孩子的興趣，營造輕鬆、愉快的課堂氣氛。同時，我們還不斷創設各種情景，是課堂學習活動化、交際化、生活化。孩子們在課堂上全神貫注、興趣盎然，在不知不覺中既學到了知識，又得到了學習的快樂。
二、 如何讓孩子喜歡學英語、主動學英語
1、首先讓孩子明確英語學習的重要性，幫助他們樹立信心。英語只是一種語言，不難，也不高深，只要學習方法對路，只要肯花功夫，是一定能夠學好的，並且短期內就能收到效果。如我們班的郭曉雯、祁艷萍、陳金鳳等同學在自己和家長的努力下，學習成績突飛猛進。
2、幫助孩子建立和形成良好的英語學習習慣。課堂習慣為：能集中注意力聽講，能積極大膽發言，能及時做好必要的筆記。課外習慣為;能堅持每天聽英語、讀英語，認真完成作業，主動預習新課，對對所學知識進行及時的複習和鞏固。
3、要關注孩子的學習過程，不要只注重結果。就是說不要等成績出來了再說如何如何。而應該時刻關注孩子每一天的成長。比如說：每天你是否能聽到孩子脫口而出簡單的英語句子，你是否聽到孩子大聲的說或者讀英語。
4、要激發孩子的學習興趣。比如說耐心的聽孩子讀英語，背英語，有條件的可以和孩子英語對話，聽孩子唱英語歌並且大加讚賞。
5、課外閱讀。很多家長一開校就給孩子買英漢對照的書，對學習不利，建議不買，而是買一些英語閱讀方面的書或者是練習題、測試卷，擴大知識面和對多種題型的認識。
三、教學計畫及要求
1)英語教學計畫，本學期英語共6個單元和2個複習單元。每個單元分A\B\C三部分，共六課時，學校安排英語每周是三節課，一個單元通常用兩周的時間學完。我通常利用兩個早自習聽寫、背誦、複習所學知識。利用一個午自習講解配套練習和活動手冊。給孩子們定了試卷，作為每個單元結束後的自我測試，所以家長們要監督孩子將布置的卷子認真做完，我會抽時間講解。現在已經結束了第四單元，下一周開始第五單元。家長們可以根據我們的教學進度安排孩子在課外的複習和鞏固。
2)英語作業要求：
1、堅持每天在家讀半小時英語，無論今天是否有英語課，都要堅持讀，我們班已經有很多同學堅持做到了，如曹寧、馬曉慧、張宏玉等。千萬別小看每天這短短的30分鐘，只要這一點能做到，一個月你就能看到成績的。
2、每天都有具體的家庭作業，或寫或背，希望家長能及時查閱並督促孩子完成。
3、家長能經常詢問孩子所學知識，翻閱孩子的書本及練習冊，及時了解孩子掌握情況，做到查漏補缺。
4)英語課本知識要求
1、背寫let,s learn 的單詞，let talk read and write 中的黑體句子。
2、背誦let,s talk read and write ,熟讀story和其他部分，請家長根據孩子的具體情況增加背誦內容，培養語感、積累知識、多多益善。
