自從擔任公關文秘系分團委書記以來，我注重加強對學生的思想、道德教育，良好學習生活習慣的培養，利用學生業餘黨校的學習，向學生講解有關團的基本知識，政策，並注重對學生進行生動的愛國主義教育，幫助學生樹立正確的人生觀、世界觀、價值觀。院團委每年開展的“五四”表彰，對優秀團員、優秀團乾、優秀團支部的評選，我分團委藉此機會，開展創先爭優活動，鼓勵表彰優秀先進個人及集體，樹立好廣大團員幹部的模範代表，起到良好的帶頭作用。通過這些活動的開展，切實增強了團員意識，使團員在學院的各個方面發揮主力軍作用，從而也增強了團組織的凝聚力和戰鬥力。並經常與團員學生談心，了解他們的想法，幫助他們當中思想迷茫或有困難的團員青年，廣泛徵求他們的意見和建議，激發他們熱愛團支部的熱情，用我自己的言行和人格魅力，教育他們用自己的實際行動努力為團旗增添光彩!

作為新時代的青年學生，在青春的季節里，人生的關鍵時刻，我們該如何實現自己的人生蛻變?我想講這樣一個故事：
在小區樓道里擺了一些一品紅，在上個月我家的丁香花含苞待放的時候，我把尚未開放的一串丁香花蕾放在了一品紅的紅葉子上，像是它要開白花似的。
第二天早晨，卻意外發現，昨天放在一品紅上的那串花蕾雖然傷筋動骨不知愁滋味，也悄然噴香吐蕊，瀟灑自如地盛開了。看那架勢，比丁香樹枝頭怒放的花朵毫不遜色，大氣得甚至還帶點霸氣。
驚詫於這個小東西的頑強生命力，我開始思考其中的道理，這個道理其實很簡單，花蕾雖然離開母體，中斷了能量供給，但它依靠自身所積蓄的養料和水分，也足夠開放一次了，這就是生命的奇蹟。
