I have two rules: one is to wash your hands before eating, wash feet before going to bed.

為什麼要訂這個家規呢?還得從我很小的時候說起。我小時候，因為不懂事，所以很容易被其他的事物吸引。有一次，我和媽媽還有妹妹一起去外婆家，外婆家有好多好玩的東西。我一進門就看見了一盒漂亮的積木，便急忙跑過去玩起來。我搭呀搭，剛搭了一半的時候，我看到妹妹在玩皮球，那皮球蹦蹦跳跳的，我一下就喜歡上了。於是我馬上放下手中的積木，也玩起了皮球。可是，我玩著玩著，又看見表姐那幅漂亮的樹葉貼畫了，我非常好奇。於是，我又扔了皮球，找來一大把樹葉，開始做樹葉貼畫。但是，沒過多久我又放棄了，因為我貼得實在太差了。後來，我什麼也不想玩了，坐在地上發愣。
這時，媽媽走過來，看到那一團糟的樹葉貼畫，那滾到牆角的皮球，還有搭了一半的積木，就問我：“你怎么一件事情都沒做好?你看妹妹拍皮球，已經創造了一分鐘200個的最新記錄了!再看錶姐的樹葉貼畫，做得多漂亮啊!你呢?”我有氣無力地說：“我已經做了很多了，但怎么都做不好呀?”媽媽笑著說：“哪有你這么不專心的，能做好才奇怪呢?做事要細心、專心、用心，不放棄，這樣才能做好呀!”
在以後的日子裡，我按照媽媽說的做，做事不再像以前那樣三心二意了。這句話慢慢地就變成了我家的家規。
